Cozy studio located on KITE BEACH, Cabarete, in an oceanfront property with garden view. Located in the heart of one of the best places in the world for kiteboarding and other water sport activities. The studio is just steps away from the pool and ocean, in a gated community with 24/7 security. The community offers a social vibe, has an onsite restaurant and bar, onsite kite school, and a large oceanfront grasy area for setting up, cleaning, and packing of kite gear.
The studio features high speed fiber optic internet, dedicated workspace, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, induction burner, Smart TV, air conditioner, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, bath towels, beach towels, extra linens, king size bed with the option to convert into two double beds, ensuite full bathroom with shower only.
The unit was recently completely renovated in December, 2023 - you will be amazed at how amazing it looks now.
