Welcome to Captain's Quarters!
Located on Plantation Key (Mile Marker 90), this beautifully updated five bedroom and four bathroom canal-front home offers a resort-like experience.
The main living area, located on the second floor, features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the inviting living room and the fully equipped kitchen with island seating, perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing after a day on the water. Step out onto the screened-in porch, where gentle breezes drift through and the serene views of a tranquil cove across the canal create the perfect island atmosphere for enjoying morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or an evening meal outdoors.
Downstairs, two private guest suites provide flexibility and privacy, ideal for families or groups traveling together. One suite includes a queen bedroom and a full bathroom, while the other offers a queen bed, a pull-out sofa, a private bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette, giving guests the freedom of their own space with all the comforts of home.
Outside, step into your private tropical retreat for relaxation and recreation. The yard features lush turf landscaping and a spacious pool equipped with both a heater and a chiller, ensuring comfort in every season. Guests can enjoy a friendly round of putting on the green, play a game of corn hole, or simply unwind in one of the many seating areas. The dock area is a boater’s dream, complete with a 15,000 lb boat lift, a floating dock for kayaks and paddleboards, and an outdoor kitchen area featuring a grill, sink, and drink ice machine. Please note: The owner’s boat is parked in the front yard on the left side of the property. However, there is still ample parking available for multiple vehicles.
Just minutes away, you’ll find a variety of excellent restaurants and local favorites. Old Tavernier, a long-standing community gem since 1988. Stop by Crooked Palm Cabana for happy hour and enjoy craft cocktails, local brews, and wood-fired bites. For everyday essentials, Tavernier Towne Plaza is only two minutes north and offers grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, and more. For even more excitement, head just 10 minutes south to Downtown Islamorada, known for its lively atmosphere, boutique shops, and renowned restaurants. And if you’re feeling adventurous, Key West is only a scenic two-hour drive south, offering a day trip filled with history, dining, and unforgettable island energy.

Reservation Deposit & Cancellations: A reservation deposit equal to one-half (50%) of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of the one-half (50%) reservation deposit, less any non-refundable fees, if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to the occupancy date. The remaining balance, including any required security deposit, is due no later than 60 days prior to the occupancy date. If the cancellation occurs within 60 days of the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be non-refundable. If the booking is made less than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the full reservation amount shall be due at the time of booking, and TENANT shall not be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid in the event of cancellation. As an exception to the foregoing, TENANT shall be entitled to a refund of all amounts paid if COASTAL re-rents the property for the same amount and for the full rental period. If the property is re-rented for fewer days or at a lower rate, COASTAL may deduct from the refund the difference between the total amount due under TENANT’s original reservation (including all taxes and fees) and the amount received from the subsequent rental.
