Dive into the local vibe with a short walk to tons of restaurants, food trucks, bars, and unique shops. You'll also be just a few mins from all the cool SE Portland neighborhoods - Hawthorne, Foster-Powell, Buckman and Ladd's Addition. It's the ideal pad for those itching to discover Portland's gems!

Need to zip downtown? No sweat. It's just a breezy 15-minute drive with easy freeway access. If you'll be relying on Rose City's convenient public transportation system, you'll be just a couple blocks from several bus stops.

This place is decked out with a super comfy queen-sized bed, fresh linens, a kitchen that's got all the essentials – microwave, range, coffee maker, and dishwasher – and a chill living area with a sofa perfect for relaxing. Convenient on-site laundry and plenty of closet space to keep your spot tidy during your stay.

The apartment is part of a quiet four-plex (we manage all four units) and located a couple blocks from the bustling Division Street. We do not have dedicated parking, but it's typically easy to find street parking in front of the building or very close by.

You will have full access to your own private apartment. The basement laundry is shared with the other three units. There are two washers, two dryers and a laundry sink. If you need extra storage during, please shoot us a message to discuss using one of the basement storage cages.

Due to the age of this vintage building, there can be a slight amount of noise transfer between the units. We ask all of our tenants to be respectful of quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.

We kindly ask that reservations are made directly for the guests themselves. Booking for third parties is not allowed. Your reservation must be made for your personal use. Please message us if you need to book for a partner, child or relative.

Your apartment will be stocked with a starter supply of bathroom and household essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. We do not provide restocks during your stay. Please notify us within 24 hour of arrival if something is missing and we will remedy it ASAP!

***Please note - the AC units are portable floor units. They cool the apartment very well, however we do not have central A/C***
