Although you’re a comfortable walking distance to everything in Waikiki, parking is available both in this popular vacation rental building and nearby.
I am always just one message away, and the building has security at all times, guaranteeing you will be in good hands throughout your stay.

Located centrally in Waikiki between Waikiki Beach and Ala Wai Canal, steps away from Royal Hawaiian
Parking is not included. Guests may park in the building parking garage for $40/day (rates are subject to change and comparable to other buildings/hotels in Waikiki). Please pay attendant direct (ProPark), credit card only.
The parking booth is all automated and is not attended 24/7. Should you need parking assistance, in front of IC Front Desk is a Parking Automated Machine/Box that has a button. You can just press the button and the Parking Manager will be contacted.
Street parking directly out front is metered (very limited), street parking along Ala Wai Canal (very limited) is free.
Also The Trolley, The Bus, and Biki to get around.
Please be advised that the building will undergo a pest control program on the following dates: March 7, May 2, July 11, Sept 5, and Nov 7 from 9 am to 1 pm. (Dates are subject to change)
You may stay in the unit if you prefer to do so and although the product to be used has no smell and is not airborne, we highly encourage you to still leave your room and secure ALL of your valuables so that the staff may take their time in doing so.
The personnel will have access to the rooms already, so please feel free to leave the room earlier than the said schedule.
Again, we highly encourage you to secure any valuables left in the room.

The Island Colony has a front desk where you will check in. I will send your information for registration. I will contact you prior to your arrival with information regarding your stay and will be available during your stay.
Minimum age of Guardian 23 years old
Guests agree to $300 Refundable Incidentals Fee
Quiet hours 10 p.m.-8 a.m.
For building check in, I am required to register all guests with their full names (guests must provide legal names and no unregistered guests allowed!)
Guests accept and understand that there will be occasional maintenance, including around the building and building amenities (e.g. plumbing, window washing, pool, gym, elevators).
Guests must follow all Island Colony Building House Rules. All fines incurred for violation of Island Colony House Rules will be the responsibility of the guest.
No smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes, hookah, weed pens, etc.) inside.
Please do not rearrange furniture. Please refrain from opening windows and use the AC/fan instead. Hawaii is native to many animals/bugs (including geckos and cockroaches). We perform quarterly pest control, but an occasional bug may come in from outside.
Violation of house rules will result in immediate termination/eviction of the stay without refund.
KEYFOBS: Please leave all keys with front desk at checkout. Lost keyfobs will incur a $100 charge per fob.
Guests accept and understand that messages/requests sent between 8pm-6am HT may not be responded to until the next morning (sorry, I might be sleeping! If you know you will need to contact me between that time, please give me advance notice via Airbnb app, and I will try my best to accommodate you). If you are planning to check in between 8pm-6am HT, please let me know at least 1 day in advance via Airbnb app, so I can assist you should there be any issues.
