Our villa offers a magical view to the deep blue waters of Saronic Gulf.

Euphoria villa is situated on a 1,000 sq.m. land. It can host up to 5 people and is 95 sq.m. with two bedrooms and two verandas.This luxury villa provides on the main floor two commodiously bedrooms; the first with a double bed and the second with single beds. Using the internal stairs you get to the upper floor consisted of the relaxing living room and the fully equipped kitchen. All villas are furnished and decorated in style. Only a breath away from it are found by-the-beach traditional restaurants that serve fresh fish and traditional cuisine, as well as lively cafes and bars where you can enjoy your favorite cocktails. You can visit the nearby bakeries where you can find daily-made bread among other traditional delicacies and shops for your grocery shopping and other home supplies at walking distance.At EXO beach-bar you can find umbrella and sunbeds.
Also, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Nice villa in a calm but beautiful spot

Korfos Bay is a really nice place to stay. A bit of the main roads, but within an hour drive of some major sites.

Great stay at Korfos

We had a very pleasant stay at Giannis house in Korfos. The town is amazing , not too busy, great options to eat, great swimming. Close to Epidavros, Mykenes and Corinth. This part of the Peloponeso is beautiful. Thank you

A lovely and quiet place with a great swimming pool. Korfos itself is a little gem for people who like unspoilt scenery and peace.

Great location

Great place with access to a swimming pool and reserved beach beds at Exo’s beach bar. We spent 4 great days with the kids in Korfos. We enjoyed the flat, the swimming pool, the beach and loved spending the days at the Exo’s bar… great spot, with great menu card! We recommend this place with no hesitation!

Nice place

We globally enjoyed our stay in Giannis’s house.the house is compliant with description and Wells equiped . A washing machine Would be appreciated Anyway. If you need anything just ask Giannis (fully booked at his beach bar Named EXO) he will help. An umbrella and 2 sunbeds are available free of charge.

Maison avec piscine isolée

La piscine est veilles. Les jets de massage ne marchent plus et les carreaux s en vont. tu partages avec d autre resident et autres residences.Les parasols sont pourris et les coussins des transats sont sales. Piscine profonde pas adaptée aux enfants <10 ans

Superbe séjour à Korfos

La maison est très agréable et à 2 pas de la plage. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la magnifique piscine partagée avec les autres locataires de la résidence qui compte peu de logements. Notre fille a eu le coeur lourd en repartant !

Fabuleux

Nous avons loué pour une semaine en août 2023. Giannis est un hôte serviable à notre écoute pour nos demandes. La villa était impeccable. La piscine aussi la plage avec les transats gratuit aussi nous étions tellement bien que l’on avait même pas envie d’aller visiter la Grèce. Korfos est un petit village paradisiaque où il n’y a pas beaucoup de touristes, du moins pas encore donc nous remercions beaucoup Giannis pour son hospitalité. Et franchement, nous vous conseillons ce petit coin de paradis.

Très bel appartement

Grand duplex très propre et très bien aménagé. Et climatisé ! Un atout fort en cette période de canicule. Belle vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse. Belle piscine très appréciable. Dans un petit village un peu à l’écart encore typique, avec les magasins essentiels à proximité. On recommande !

Tolles Ferienhaus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

+/+/+ - schönes Ferienhaus in toller Anlage - Aussicht auf den sardonischen Golf - Handtücher sind top und Klimaanlage auch - Pool ist super - kostenlose Strandliegen in der Exo Strandbar! (+++) - Exo Strandbar an sich: tolle Lage, nette Bedienung, Essen und Getränke sehr gut - Ort Korfos sehr idyllisch und ruhig (perfekt zum runterkommen) aber weit ab vom Schuss - nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen -/-/- - hatten ein kleines Ameisenproblem, konnten wir aber durch Spray aus dem Minimarkt lösen - Spülung im unteren Bad defekt (mussten wir selbst notgedrungen „reparieren“) - Küche und Utensilien etwas abgewohnt und zusammengestückelt (Wir haben 6 neue Weingläser gesponsert) ;-) - TV ebenso defekt, sollte repariert werden, ist aber nicht passiert (gibt schlimmeres im Sommerurlaub) Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche in Korfos und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Man muss bedenken, dass ab Mitte September die Saison dort zu Ende ist und viele Restaurants danach geschlossen sind.

Leider ein Reinfall!

Wir hatten 6 Tage Aufenthalt gebucht, sind aber nach 2 Nächten vorzeitig abgereist. Die Ferienwohnung befindet in einer recht schönen Anlage mit Pool aber nicht direkt am Strand, sondern 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die ganze Zuwendung vom Besitzer in die Exo Bar geht, denn die Wohnung war insgesamt sehr dreckig und vernachlässigt. Überall war es abgewohnt die Küche ranzig und speckig, Mikrowelle dreckig, Herdplatten verrostet, Kühlschrank hat gestunken, die Terrasse nicht sauber, Brotkrümel und kaffeeflecken vom Vormieter auf dem Tisch, eine offene Steckdose mit Drähten und das Bad eine Katastrophe. Dort war die Toilettenspühlung defekt, die Dusche ohne Duschkopf Halterung, kein Duschvorhang und richtig dreckig. Wir mussten aber doch dann duschen und hatten 2 Stunden danach die ganze Etage unter Wasser. Unsere Sachen waren alle nass und als wir sofort den Wasserschaden gemeldet haben, wurden wir gefragt ob wir die Dusche falsch benutzt hätten und warum das passieren konnte... Zum Schluss war wohl der Warmwasser Boiler undicht und nicht unsere Schuld! Wir trafen darauf hin die Entscheidung die Wohnung vorzeitig zu verlassen und da Giannis die ganze Zeit nicht für uns da war, wurde er vom Personal telefonisch darüber informiert. Unser Vorachlag die Hälfte vom Preis zurück zu bekommen oder überhaupt ein kleines Entgegenkommen wurde kategorisch abgelehnt, wir bekamen eine kleine Flasche Wasser. Wir haben für die letzten 4 Tage von unserem Urlaub ein Hotelzimmer genommen und daher doppelt bezahlt, aber wir konnten die verbleibende Zeit doch noch in diesem wunderschönen Land genießen. Schade, wir hatten uns echt gefreut.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Anlage mit gemeinsamen Pool.. es sind 2 Ebenen und auf jeder Ebene eine Toilette. AC in den Schlafzimmern und Wohnesszimmer… die Küche ist sehr mager ausgestattet (3 Kaffelöffel? 4 Tassen, die alle unterschiedlich sind… Kochutensilien?? ) Herdplatten verrostet… ansonsten hier und da kleine „Mängel“ Fliegengitter kaputt, Steckdosen kommen aus der Wand, keine Nachttischlampe, Dusche nur als gemauerte Wanne im Boden ohne Vorhang nur Handbrause… alles nix tragisches, aber eigentlich leicht zu beheben…? Warmes Wasser gabs dann auch, nachdem man uns die Sicherungen rein gemacht hatte.. ;-) Die Kombination mit der Exo bar ist sehr praktisch (5min) und Korfos klein und sehr authentisch… zu unsere Zeit eigentlich nur Griechen! Mit den oben genannten kleinen Abstrichen ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen!

Korfos ist ein kleines, idyllisches und sehr familienfreundliches Dorf mit tollen Fischtavernen. Die Villa ist optimal gelegen (2 Gehminuten bis zum Strand) und bietet genügend Platz. Besonders empfehlenswert ist die Exo Bar, die tolle und bequeme Liegesets anbietet. Die Bucht ist ruhig und idyllisch. Gianni, seine Frau und das Exo-Team waren immer zur Stelle. Vielen Dank für die wundervlschöne Zeit und wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder.😊👍🏻🤗

Relaxing and chilled

Had a really lovely holiday in Korfos. There isn’t much to do other than relax and chill over Korfos Bay which wasn’t a problem! The villa was just perfect for our needs and only a short stroll to the beach and Gianni’s Exo bar. The pool was a welcome relief at the end of the day for a cool dip. Gianni is a great host, very helpful, and we were made very welcome. Would love to return soon.
