Only issue was fridge and ice maker were not working, but host had additional fridge brought in. Everything was clean and enjoyed the property.

The only issue was the check in process- having to go to a mailbox on the side of the road to get the keys is bizarre and not a good system at all, especially when your keys are not inside and you have to make calls to a service to figure out what to do. then being asked to drive to drive to a second address to get the keys because itrips didn't have time to go put them inside the mailbox. condo was excellent.

The condo was beautiful! Clean. There were a few minor things that needed attention. The shower door came off track in the front bathroom. The kitchen light cover need to be secured, and the tv did not work in the guest room as you enter into the condo. However, these minor things did not take away from the beauty of the home.. One more thing, mold and mildew in the master bathroom near shower and tub.

My family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kids took full advantage of the pools, slides, and lazy river while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the marina-facing balcony. My son even tried his hand at fishing off the docks at the marina. The availability of food and drinks at the report was very convenient. The fridge in our room was broken before our arrival but the management company was already aware of it and had placed a replacement in the room prior to our arrival so it was already cold when we arrived. The few disappointments we had were: the long distance to the beach, the disrepair of some of the pool areas (tiles missing and concrete chipping), and the keycards not working reliably. Our keycards were not active when we arrived so we had to walk 2 buildings over to the front desk to have them reactivated. This happened again during our stay. The front desk seemed to imply that the reason it kept happening was because we had booked through a third party, which made no sense to me. Overall, the accommodations were perfect for our family and I would book this room again.

Summer vacation

We just stayed for a week with our kids and grandkids. Our grandkids loved the pools. I would recommend staying here.

Great Property

Property very nice and well maintained. MB mattress not very comfortable. Unable to redeem coupon for nature cruise. Furnishings in unit were in great condition, floor plan well thought out. Balcony quite large and with good views.

Vacation-spring break

Condo was very modern with everything you need in kitchen. New LG washer/dryer. Great appliances. Plenty of room for family of 6-8. Great views bay with dolphins and boats. Pools clean outside cold unheated/ inside super warm. Mini golf very fun! Nice basketball/ pickle ball courts. Parking easy. Beach easy to get to but a long walk once there. Beach was beautiful and lots of shells! Only complaints a bit away from everything. Floors made all our feet/socks black! Drop off/ pick up keys more convenient location. Like on premises or close to it. Maybe keyless like most and have codes to avoid picking up/returning.

If you are looking for a place that isn’t in the middle of all the hustle and bustle this is it. Lots of things to see and do and yes you can walk to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

We travel to the Caribe often, so we see lots of the condos. This one is very beautifully decorated with a great view. I would suggest putting in a hair dryer though. This is the first place that we ever stayed where there wasn’t one. Everything else was great!

Party of four

As indicated in prior reviews we noticed black residue on our feet/socks probably from the type of tile, not a lack of cleaning. The dishes, pots and pans and small appliances were more than adequate. The oven is old and did not warm to expected temperatures. We loved the view of boat traffic and dolphins. The pool is small and the water was cloudy most days. The weather was in the 70s and made our time at Caribe very enjoyable.

Beautiful place

Loved staying at this condo! Had issues with the dryer not working so the next day a new washer and dryer were installed. Nice spacious condo with beautiful views of both the ocean and bay. Only issue, the tile floors were so dirty. Our feet were black the whole time we were there. Other than that we had a great time. The lazy River and cabanas were the best

Memorial week stay

Shasta with ITrips amazing customer service… There were issues with the tv, too many remotes and no directions, need to have printed directions for the cook stove….those concerns were addressed by Shasta…. The dryer never worked for our stay.. had to hang towels on the balcony chairs…. It never heated up for us.. other than those issues everything was great. Loved the assigned parking spot…..we would stay there again sometime.
