Pros:Comfy, soft, king size bed. Strong AC.Parking right in front of Casita.Large shower enclosure.Easy drive to both Arches and Canyonlands.Cons:Plastic floor tiles are buckling and peeling up.A little too far to walk to town in the heat.A staffer thoughtlessly parked their car in the middle of the drive way, blocking me in.No recycling on-site even though the sign in the Casita says so. I would expect that they would take care of your recycling, so you don't have to take it home with you.

The property was great. The communication with the host was terrible. I was dealing with 4 different people to get questions answered. Jacob was listed as the host who referred me to Jose who referred me to Jen who referred me to Karen.frustrating There were no coffee cups, glasses,or wine glasses in our unit. Luckily we found a member of the housekeeping staff who got them for us.

The casita is located close to the Main St., so that was convenient. The kitchen had no toaster, which was surprising, and a couple floor tiles are coming unglued. The deck was enjoyable to enjoy the evenings except for the bird poop which needed to be power washed off the floor and railings.

Good location to town in a quiet neighborhood. The cinema was just around the corner. Clean with enough bath towels. If you have a mobility problem, be sure you have a first floor unit. Only appliance we missed was a toaster.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jacob's place in Moab, and it was an amazing experience! Although I didn’t meet Jacob, José and his cleaning team were fantastic—they were friendly and ensured everything was spotless upon our arrival.The property itself was great We absolutely loved the sauna, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The outdoor fire pit created a cozy atmosphere for evenings under the stars, and the gas grill made cooking a breeze! The location was ideal for accessing all the incredible sights in Moab. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with great amenities.

Excellent location, convenient to Downtown Moab, Arches and Canyonlands. Very clean and quiet. No laundry on property so we used the coin laundry across the street. The manager said she had tried to have VRBO remove it from the listing but was not successful. We would still recommend Casita 2!

Overall, great place for our needs! Being out and about from early morning til later evenings, didn't spend a lot of time in the unit itself. That being said, made for a great "base camp" for the week, with almost all the essentials one would need. The unit did not have a toaster or a lot of room within the bedroom for luggage/clothing storage, but can more than make do for two people. Would highly recommend!

Moab anniversary get away

Great location, sauna was a bonus. Parking would be interesting if all units were full. Layout (couch/tv) was a bit odd with instructions to not move furniture. No tv the in bedroom was a miss.

An excellent place to stay in Moab! Impeccably clean, and you couldn't ask for a better location - a quiet residential neighborhood about a block off of Main St. Walk to the Moab Brewery in 5 minutes, to the Blu Pig in under 10, and downtown is only a half-mile or so away. The balcony was a very nice place to have coffee in the morning, and to unwind in the evening.Karen, the local contact, is fabulous! We had a minor issue shortly after arriving, and she had the maintenance guy there to take care of it in about 15 minutes.My only gripe is the very limited storage space for the guests' stuff - 2 small closets (only a few hangers) and the bathroon vanity drawers. That's about it.No question about it - I'm staying here the next time I come to Moab!

Overall liked and enjoyed the accommodation very much. Not too cozy or comfy, the couch not at comfortable and the chairs at the counter are metal. didn’t like that there was an envelope to ask for a tip for cleaning when we paid $75 for cleaning fee

April 2025 Moab

The property is super cute and clean. We had a 5 night stay. Location is decent about 5 min drive to the touristy shops and eating area of town. Laundromat is right down the street. There are 5 units and 4 parking spots one is a handicap spot. Check in instructions say first come first served and 1 car per person. Minimal street parking was available. Toilet seat was cracked and pinched. Message sent to rental company after we left about it so not sure if it got fixed.
