Spacious home on Spangenberg Lake. Be part of a wonderful and relaxed Lakefront Community only 25 minutes from Scranton. 4 bedrooms + 3.5 bathrooms. Can easily accommodate up to 12 people. Recently renovated so just about everything is brand new. Finished Basement with a bedroom, bathroom, a large living area with a walkout to the lower deck facing the back yard and the lake. Large upper deck as well that is next to the kitchen with an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. 2 Flat screen smart TVs in both living rooms. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Plenty of parking. Pet Friendly.

In the winter can be a good spot for ski lovers as it is 25 minutes from Montage, 40 min from Elk and 35 min from camelback.

In the summer, there is Lake Spangenberg to enjoy with 2 Kayak's and paddle boards and plenty of floaties. Lake Wallenpaupack is only 20 minutes away of you with to rent a speed boat or pontoon. And there is plenty of Hiking and Nature all around.

My stay and the accommodations were outstanding . The problem I had was with VRBO. You charged me close to 700 in taxes which you had no business doing. You did return it to me after many hours of my time correcting your error. In Pennsylvania if you stay in one of your rentals for more than thirty days you DO NOT owe Pennsylvania tax! For an international company you should know the law!! Many phone calls, emails, contacting local authorities trying to get a response from you people is no way to spend a vacation. I would strongly suggest to get your knowledge of tax laws. I would suggest that the owner of this great property list it elsewhere. You won’t have a problem renting it. Awesome place! Thank you to the owners!!

Highly Recommended!

I was able to to stay at this property for 2 months and it was great! Everything was excellent! The view over the lake was amazing! Udi, the property owner was very helpful and communicated with me often to make sure I was taken care of! I would stay here again if I am ever in PA again! Thanks for a great place to live for a couple of months.
