Beautifully appointed and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Moab, this 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome has everything you need for your stay in Moab!

Featuring an open concept, comfortable living space this 2-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village Vista complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista community is a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped community with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool* (open April - October), hot tub (open year round), tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

The home has the perfect configuration for two couples or families. Both bedrooms in this home are master suites with their own attached bathrooms. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room also provides extra sleeping space, and a queen air mattress is also available for more guests if needed.

Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. The nearby community pool and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

This property is absolutely amazing! Located about 8mins (south) from the center of Moab, it's a perfect place to use as a "home base" for all the various activities around Moab. The property is VERY clean, and incredibly well stocked with cookware, towels, ironing board, cooler, gas grill (back patio) and even two floor fans! Everything functioned as it should...there's really nothing negative to say about this place. The property is situated with the front facing he West, and the back facing East...making it ideal to have dinner on the back porch. Despite temperatures hitting 100F during our trip, the back porch was shaded, making it quite enjoyable for dinner.We plan to return!

This was a GREAT location. Plenty of space, clean, and everything you need in the home. Pool was not open yet and that was known prior to the trip with dates posted as to when it would open. The hot tub was open however it was not hot/working while we were there but only had time to try one day anyway. We will for sure come back to this location.

Great place to stay for accessing Canyonlands and Arches NP. Close to downtown with restaurants and grocery’s nearby. Beds were comfortable and well appointed kitchen for making meals. I would stay again for a Moab adventure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this vacation rental so much, we decided to look at some of the condos in this complex for a possible home away from home! Loved the two master bedrooms with kings in each and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was very comfortable and CLEAN! Having accesss to the washer and dryer int he unit was a huge plus, and we enjoyed the decor which was modern and updated without feeling overdone or stuffy. Beds VERY comfy and the unit had a full array of kitchen small appliances and dishware. The condo is on the edge of the complex near the main road back to Moab, but we didn't have any trouble with being bothered with noise. We texted the property manager that there was a slight (not dealbreaker) problem with the kitchen faucet as an FYI and someone came and fixed it the next morning! Very convenient location to be a bit out of the downtown chaos. Thanks for a great stay! (we didn't use the pool, but drove by and it looked great too!)

This is the second time we have stayed in this location, and will stay there the next time we visit Moab. It’s on the south end of the city so away from a lot of the congestion,, but still just a short drive into town. The beds in the condo are so comfy, I always get a good nights rest there!

Our stay at this condo was excellent from start to finish. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was great!Only complaint I have was that the AC was so loud. When it kicked on you have to raise your voice to be heard and turn the TV up.

Perfect stay for families

Spacious and well appointed. Off the main drag of Moab proper so quieter and more friendly to families. Designated parking spot. Comfortable beds. Clean. Absolutely would stay again.

Perfect!

Condo was perfect for me and my my mom and my kids, complex has a pool, playground and basketball court which was great for my kids. If I come back to Moab this is what I’ll book.

The home does receive regular professional pest control treatments, but due to Moab’s rural desert environment, occasional sightings—especially during warmer months—can unfortunately happen. We always want to address any issues as quickly as possible, and had we known there was a problem, we would have sent our pest technician over right away. We didn’t receive any communication from you during your stay, but we wish we had the opportunity to make things right in real time. We had a wonderful stay at Rim Vista 20A2. The rental was very clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need and was close enough to all that we wanted to do. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and in a very lovely spot , surrounded by an amazing view of the mountains. We didn’t get to use the pool because of the cold. We enjoyed very much our stay in this cozy townhome. We got to see both parks, The Arches and the canyon lands ... We are definitely coming back sometime in May 😜

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
