Great family getaway!

Family of 5 and our pup were able to fit comfortably in the unit. While not directly on the beach, the beach was a very short walk away. Great location to the mainland. Beds were very comfortable. I do wish there were better pans in the kitchen, but definitely did the job. This was my youngest children’s first time to the beach and they will forever have this trip in their memories.

Island time

Stayed here while our house was being finished. Great location and space inside the rental. Only negative was the kitchen was not very well stocked and there were no cleaning supplies to keep the place tidy especially if you are planning to be there for longer than a weekend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving we noticed several dog poop ppiles along our unit, made a complaint, no one came those two months to clean it up. Tv stopped working, dryer quit, owner took care of both but it shouldn't be like that. Resort management and owners or corporate owners need to address appliances issues, because several renters has similar issues. It's time for some serious updates and better landscaping plus larger signs about cleaning up after pet's. We are returning next year, love the area ,pool and all the people we call our friends. We support you now please return the favor.

Great place, close to the beach.

We loved this place! When we walked in we were impressed how clean it was and they even took the time to put easy listening music on the TV. It was a sweet touch. It was small but felt big because it wasn't cluttered with furniture. The sleeper sofa was like a typical sleeper sofa, not very comfortable. But the other beds were so incredibly comfortable. I have back issues and end up sleeping on couches most places we stay but I had zero issues on the bed. The code to get in made it easy to access, the gate on the porch was a nice touch with my baby crawling around. The only issue we had was the people at the pool but that is not the rentals fault. We were frequently bothered by the loud music when it was explicitly stated no music and it was so loud and the drinking in the pool just really got to us. But it was a very nice pool otherwise, very clean and close to the property. We would definitely stay again but would try and stay when maybe there were less people at the pool.

So I decided to book this 3 days in a small airstream because we both like the vintage look. I love the decor and the setup. The biggest highlight was the shower, super comfy. We are on the larger side so this allows us to weigh our options. We absolutely loved it but the location in the park was sublime. View of the pond and people playing with their dogs at the park. We only had neighbors on the back of us,and I empty field in front. so I was free to come out in my pj's with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Loved it.... Our anniversary falls on Labor Day weekend, so we even got to attend their Labor Day festival. It's free hot dogs and hamburgers with live music, couldn't get any better. The staff was super friendly. It gives small family community vibes. Five stars for super clean although everything was easy access and we didn't need to bother the host. I did forget the code inside the trailer and found myself locked out the gate. But a sweet angel in the office went ahead and buzzed us in without any questions. Most definitely will be going back

Great place

The property was amazing. The only issue i had was i brought my dogs (which was great because not many places let you have large pets), but there wasn't really a good place for them to go out. There was no grass only rocks. Other than that I had no problems and would definitely stay again, just without my dogs.

Second stay

This was our second stay in this condo, and loved the place for the location, cleanliness and quiet. Walking distance to the beach or very close to free beach parking. Bed is very comfortable and full kitchen was great for cooking in. There is a large and nice IGA grocery very close by.

Very clean, quiet location. A short walk to the beach. Family enjoyed. Would’ve liked the A/C to go below 75. Overall, nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

Super clean, comfortable condo in great location!

Wonderful place. Super clean, spacious and well equipped with anything we could have needed. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. Rental management staff were extremely nice and super helpful. We will definitely be back.

Spring break getaway

Property was excellent. All needed amenities are included. My kids were excited about the on property playground, but it is closed for repairs. I wish we had known that when we booked. Pools are heated and are very well heated which was awesome. We would definitely go back.

Nice place, as advertised…

Nice and clean rental. Easy check in. Easy instructions. Brought my dog which was very nice. Walking distance to a beach. Not really any bars or restaurants in walking distance if you are looking for that. But there are some a short drive away. Was able to reliably get ride share into Corpus, too, as needed. Would stay here again.

Clean and bright condo near the beach

We loved this condo, it was clean, roomy and bright and great location, walking distance to the beach or a very short drive to a free parking area with bathrooms if you are loaded up with beach toys. Beach is very dog friendly with miles to walk and play. Would definitely return. We didn't use the pool onsite but it looked good for a family. Condo located in quiet corner end unit away from the pool.
