Nestled in the heart of Elwood, this bright and spacious home offers modern amenities, cozy furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home. it's within 10 minutes of Downtown, The Rock n Roll Hall of Fame, and most other Cleveland Attractions.
1. Please place all garbage in wastebasket.
2. No loud music after 10:00pm
3. Please wash any dishes, coffee pot and filter.
4. NO SMOKING indoors.
5. If you have a pet with you, please clean any hair left behind. If there is excessive hair/fur found, you may be charged a fee.

This home was awesome....it was huge,well kept, spacious great location, we were 15mins friom everything. No complaints at all!! If im ever in Cleveland again I'm definitely gonna try to secure this property again.

Very cool & nicely updated old house! The house is roomy & comfortable. And it was nice having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is well outfitted. We appreciated that there was coffee and basic spices available. The neighborhood is very walkable with good restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries nearby. Easy access to the freeway made getting around a breeze.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to grocery store. Good size bedrooms. Great craftsman details in living room and dining room.Prompt communication with the owner. Very effective app gives you check-in, check-out details, wifi and everything else you need.

Can’t beat the price for this much elbow room

Loved calling this place home while we totally explored every nook & cranny in Cleveland. The house is in a great location. Very safe. Nice to be able to keep the car off the street & in the driveway in back of the home where we could easily load & unload the car. The ambiance is warm & welcoming. The 3rd floor bedroom was a hit with my sons because it was where they could gather & play Mario on the tv screen. The beds were comfy. The big living room & dining rooms were our favorite gathering spaces.

Very hard to communicate with owner and rude when he dies answer. Dryer did not work, ants in the house , shower leaking to the main floor. Not in the cleanest condition. Good area.

This may be a scam. I recieved a 41 reciept from VRBO for fees. Nothing from 350 paid to host. I booked several months before the trip and got nothing. No contract,no reciept. I called a week before the trip to verify the reservation. Calls were made to host and VRBo who sent me to the host. I asked for contract, welcome package any instructions and recieced a canva report mostly about food in the area. I asked several times for the code to get in and finally got it at 3pm on arrival day after requesting it again. The house is ok but with broken and cracked windows not great. The font door does not lock. When we found bugs in the bedroom. We contacted the host. It was 10:30 pm. The host said he would call an exterminator. I told the host we were not comfortable staying there. No word back from host. No word back from VRBO except they did not like the quality of my pictures.

Had some difficulties reaching host at times. Responses were not received or delayed. Host should have mentioned that entry code to property would not be received until an hour before check at the onset, to avoid confusion.Electrical outlets in 2 bedrooms were defective and flickered or didn't work at all. One bedroom facing front on the south side had electrical outlet that wasn't properly attached to the wall causing flickering of connection to lamp and outlets. I believe this is a code violation and potential fire hazard and potential electrical hazard when handling. Could be serious issue with small children or pets. Light fixture in closet couldn't be turned on. No pull chain. Shower off master bedroom leaked water under poorly caulked glass door.Arrived at night and back yard lights to deck were not working. Deck was also full of acorns and was precarious when bringing in luggage, etc...Should have been cleared...not requesting that much. Property had ants in several rooms in December. Kitchen needed microwaveable bowls in various sizes, same with serving bowls and glassware. Kitchen did have adequate pans, dinnerware, soap, paper towels. Refrig was adequate. Hot water was very good, heating was good. Beds were comfortable. Seating for dining area was questionable..several chairs were flimsy and need reinforcing or replacement.Intructions should be left with TV. TV didn't allow Spectrum access.

WE COULD NOT ACCESS THE PROPERTY!!!

We did not stay but we paid. We could not access the property in accordance with the instructions provided and when we contacted the management company as we were standing in the dark trying to open the door, I requested they send someone with a key but they did not help in any way. We were forced to find other accommodations for the first night because we were locked out and no one came to let us in, it was dark out, we had traveled all day and we were hungry and tired. The next morning we contacted them again, hoping to salvage the weekend. Got an answering machine and left a voice message at 10:00 am on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and STILL no one has called me back. DO NOT MESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company since they failed to provide the service they promised. I’ve never in my life dealt with such incompetence in the hospitality business. Just unbelievable.
