Welcome to your Berlin retreat! This stylish and spacious flat features a 40m² central living area with a sleek concrete floor softened by a comfortable carpet. The open layout seamlessly integrates a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy lounge area, complete with a plush sofa.

For entertainment, enjoy the cinematic experience of a mounted projector and large screen, paired with a high-quality hi-fi sound system. A solid and cozy mezzanine hosts a handmade futon bed, with TV access and Googlecast for your streaming needs.

The modern bathroom offers a luxurious Italian shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Step outside to a tranquil 45m² private garden, shaded by two massive trees—ideal for summer barbecues. Despite being centrally located, the flat is tucked away in a peaceful second courtyard, ensuring a serene escape from the urban hustle (no traffic noise here!).

A friendly and affectionate cat named Minouchka shares the space, ready to offer extra cuddles during your stay. Please note this if you have cat allergies!

Very cosy house, well located.

Mathieu welcomed us in his lovely home with a lot of care. The location is very cool, in Neukolln with a lot of bars, parks and cultural spaces. The apartment is very cosy, stylish and spacious. Also there is a very cute lively cat! I would 100% recommend to stay at Mathieu's!

Die Wohnung war super zentral und man ist direkt überall hin gekommen. Alles wichtige war vorhand und sauber. Bei tollen Wetter war es schön draußen zu sitzen (in Berlin einen Garten ist eine extreme Seltenheit). Die Katze war ein tolles Zusatz, man konnte super mit ihr kuscheln.
