Perfect location for all Moab activities while enjoying a home feel to come back to. Spacious, well equipped and bonus hot tub on balcony. I would definitely recommend this location.

Second stay at this property. We love it cause of the proximity to downtown and trailer parking. Clean, quiet, comfortable after a day out on the trails. Great place to stay!

Everything about the stay was fantastic! Perfect location with hiking right outside the property. Kitchen was awesome, firepit, outside grill, and the beds were excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. The space had ample room, good bedroom and bathroom space, plenty of storage, a big kitchen with plenty of seating and a comfy seating area. Plus a hot tub and small patio. It’s located in downtown Moab close to Arches National Park. Restaurants and shops are nearby too. We had a little trouble with shutting down the hot tub so perhaps some instructions on how to operate the hot tub would be helpful. A list of suggestions of restaurants and coffee places, etc., would have also been nice. Finally, the coffee/tea and filters were appreciated but having creamer and sugar starter packs on hand would have been an extra nice touch.

Great stay in Moab

Great location, comfy place & beds, wonderful to have hot tub to jump into after a day of hiking. We enjoyed our stay here. It’s great they had a washer & dryer too!

Very nice place. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, which is very important to me. I didn’t realize how convenient the downtown area was. Nice surprise. Host communicated well.

Beautiful and unique property. The hot tub and the double shower were a real bonus. Close to town with grocery store and restaurant within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
