• NO PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS!

• Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.

• No candles or open flames (inside or outside).

• Violations may result in cancellation or extra charges per Airbnb policy.

• Any lost remote control will incur a $75 replacement fee.

• Pet Fee: $125 per animal. We are happy to host your well-behaved pets.

• Refundable Security Deposit of $500.
