POINT B EXCLUSIVE - This classic Cape has just gotten a fresh makeover. In addition to the upgrades, it enjoys walk-to-town convenience into Edgartown Village.
The renovation includes new furniture, window treatments, paint, and style throughout. The first-floor features a modern floor plan with open Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas with sliding doors that open out to a large wraparound mahogany deck. The Living Area has seating and large screen TV. The open Kitchen and Dining Area are nicely equipped for vacation entertaining.
The three Bedrooms are all upstairs and share a full Bath. There is also a full Bath on the first floor.
Outdoor entertaining centers around the spacious deck and a large private backyard. The bike path is at the end of the road, and downtown Edgartown is a 10 or 15 walk or bike ride.
