Outdoor furniture is not available during winter.
There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in a penalty up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.

No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

Great location and beautiful views

Very clean apartment with many amenities in the building. The kids enjoyed the pool. The balcony has great views of the lake and CN tower. You can walk to all the touristy spots within 20-30 minutes. Free parking was great too! We only used our car to venture out of the downtown to see other neighborhoods, but you don’t need a car at this location. Great communication with host as well. Only wish is that there were more kitchen supplies and extra towels for the pool.

Great Location

We came to Toronto and stayed 6 days at the condo. It’s a nice place, well equipped and great location, the second bedroom is a bit small with no closet, it’s almost like a den. The primary bedroom is decent, only issue is the blinds don’t block the sun which can make it hard to sleep in. The condo isn’t huge but it works, if you are coming here from the USA be aware that your TV apps (HULU,Discovery, etc.) won’t work. There is a Netflix account for the TV but no local stations. There was an issue that doesn’t reflect on the host, it was a building issue: The two hot tubs on property didn’t work the entire time we were there, which was disappointing. There aren’t many restaurants around, mainly fast food and Loblaws grocery is a block away which was convenient. King street is easy to walk for restaurants and the 509 street car stops out front, making it easy to get downtown or Union Station. If you fly into Pierson Airport, take the UPs train to Union Station and then take the 509 street car to Bastion and you are dropped right by the building! It’s cheap and faster than driving in the bad Toronto traffic.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay. This apartment is in great location. Comfortable walk to CN Tower and near by attractions. Beautiful view of the city and the lake. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Great spot in the city

This was a great place to stay with our family! Probably the best part for us was the park right outside the building. We used it every night! We had a minor issue that we worked through with the property manager right away. They are very responsive! The place was clean and had just about everything we needed! I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we came back to Toronto!

Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations

The property was just as described. It was perfect for our 5 day stay. The streetcar stop is right outside and the property location is within walking distance to many of the tourist sites. The views from the windows and balcony are astounding.

Fort York Stay

The unit was exactly as illustrated in the VRBO overview. It was immaculate and the furniture, floors and kitchen were new. Its proximity to the Billy Bishop Island airport, the 509 streetcar and local grocery stores made for seamless travel within the city if you chose not to bring an automobile. The Loblaws on Bathhurst St (a 7 minute walk) is very nice as it offers a wide variety of pre-prepared Canadian and Ethnic meals/soups/fare and the Shopper Drug Mart next door was s a good place to purchase Toronto Transit Commission Presto Cards (dedicated desk is in the back of the store) as streetcars and trains no longer accept Canadian currency as admission. The host and building concierge were both knowledgeable and very helpful. Overall a convenient travel experience.

Clean, confortable, amazing city skyline views

Two friends and I spent three days in Toronto. The apartment was our home base for relaxing conversations and restful sleep. The 509 streetcar is just steps away from the building so we were able to explore without having to drive. Richard is a wonderful host and was very responsive to our questions. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Toronto.

Billy Bishop Airport View

This property is really clean, room for 2 couple's, only a 5 minute ride to Metro Toronto Convention Center. It over looks Billy Bishop Airport and I’m sure the view of the lake would be great on a clear day.

A Wonderful Gem of a Stay in Downtown Toronto

From the moment we booked our stay, our experience with the staff has been nothing short of exceptional. The host was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in and insightful recommendations for local dining and attractions(an easy to sanitize binder was in the rental for review). The guidebook provided in the apartment was a thoughtful touch, guiding us to some of the city's best spots we might have otherwise missed. The apartment was exactly as advertised. The photos did a great job of capturing the charm and comfort of the space, but stepping inside, we were even more impressed (the night time view in either direction was perfect).The attention to detail in the decor and the inclusion of amenities made our stay very comfortable. The host contacted us to make sure our stay was doing as expected. Quick to respond to any questions we had and eager to offer help, it felt like we had a friend in the city. The apartment was spotless upon our arrival, with fresh linens, a tidy kitchen, and bathroom. It was clear that the host takes pride in providing a clean and welcoming environment. The location was nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, we had easy access to public transportation, fantastic restaurants, and cozy cafes and a private parking spot upon return. The convenience of the location allowed us to explore the city with ease. Running out is space... the pool sauna, jacuzzi, and gym. I'm defiantly booking this place on my next trip.
