Private entire 1st floor apartment. Exceptionally clean. Just a 7 minute walk from downtown Torrington. Catch a show at the Warner Theatre just minutes away. Two skiing mountains within half an hour. 10 minutes from the center of Litchfield. 15 minutes to White Memorial. Walk path directly across the street from rental along the river. On a lucky day, if you keep an eye out, you can see eagles soaring and scouting the river.

What a comfortable and welcoming place to stay! Great communication with the hosts, and the space had all the amenities we needed, as well as many thoughtful extra touches. Home was spotless, and tastefully decorated. Quiet neighborhood, and super easy access to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Spot!

Everything about our stay was great - Corin and Jen were wonderful hosts. The place is spotless, cozy, comfy. Love that they were right next to the Green Way Trail along the river. Will absolutely stay there again!

Great place to stay!

We really liked this apartment. It was very clean, well stocked with useful items, and felt very spacious and comfortable for an extended stay by two adults and a teenager. Everything was in like-new condition. We especially appreciated the cookware, large closets and laundry access. Corin and Jen are friendly and helpful, and respond quickly to all our questions. We hope to stay there again the next time we travel to Torrington!

A fabulous place to stay

Everything was clean and organized. Very easy to get into the house, very clear directions about where to park. Beds were very comfy and setup neatly. Plenty of towels available, blankets, pillows, and really anything else you could think of was available as well. The only small bad thing about the stay was being able to hear the neighbors upstairs, but it was no major bother.

I am very grateful to the owners, Corin and Jen! They went above and beyond with kindness to help my elderly father on the first night. The house was extremely clean! The beds were not only very comfortable but the linens seamed brand new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again Corin and Jen for an amazing time and helping my dad!

Loved everything about this place. It was very convenient for our needs. The apartment is beautiful, and super clean! I am a stickler on cleanliness and I can honestly say this is the cleanest rental I have ever been in! The mattress was very comfortable, and the sheets, OMG! Corin and Jenn did you buy them? Incredibly soft, I want them for my own home. Lovely place!! Look no further!

High quality design and decoration. Everything was clean, well stocked and with quality appointments. Kitchen and bathroom fixtures and provisions were excellent. Everything from bedding, utensils, and table service were high quality and either new or equal to new. Clean from floor to ceiling. Owner communications were immediate and helpful.

It was a great opportunity when we purchased the home. Didn’t envision being a short term rental host, but it’s been wonderful meeting new people and offering a beautiful, calm, clean place to make your own while you’re here!

Purchased the home in 2012. We took it down to the studs and everything was redone professionally. It was a labor of love and it's great to share with people.
