The place is very comfortable. It has everything you need. Added bonuses were a great fenced in yard for my pet and a swing that my granddaughter loved.

Clean. Very quiet, very comfortble bed. Quant yard setting to enjoy with a pet/family. 2 issues were a heavy cooking smell from the host side and no temperature controls. If I had my pet the yard was a great option and inviting to be in. Easy to communicate with app.

This was the perfect place to stay for a week visiting family nearby. The host was exceptionally quick to respond to questions and requests. It’s not a particularly large space but very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and welcoming, and it was great to have a little back deck and yard. We would be happy to stay here again.

Most everything was great. The communication was very good from host, and it needed to be as the entrance is on the side of a house. I wouldn’t have known without the pictures that were provided. Only knock was some pet smell in the room but I was really only there to sleep.

This is a perfect little place to just get away for a quiet few days. The neighborhood is quiet and well removed from traffic. Clinton is an amazing host that made sure we were aware of both the check in and checkout processes which were both super simple. He even forgave a mistake on my part that I made during the booking process. My husband and I travel with our dog and the yard was perfect for her! Definitely a must stay in San Antonio!

Clean and convenient

The suite had all a great hotel would have plus more. Total privacy. Extraordinarily clean. WiFi. Thoughtfulness of snacks, water, coffee to get your stay off to a perfect beginning. Convenient to San Antonio attractions but outside of the city congestion. Quiet. Extremely comfortable. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I’m a frequent visitor to the area and hope to be able to stay here again and again. Clint was very responsive and courteous. Highly recommend.

Great little place

It was tiny inside would only have 2 people max. But tye backyard is huge and private. It was very peaceful and tue side of town it is on and neighborhood was nice, would definitely stay there again

Nice place!

Great bed, well stocked, good size closet. Owner is wonderful and quick to respond to questions or needs. There’s a nice area to put on makeup and the towels are soft. Easy access to Bandera Road, Leon Valley and 1604. Big private back yard with grill, fire pit and seating.

Nice accommodations for the price!

Very quaint little room. About the size of a hotel room. Wonderful king bed mattress (although bed is quite tall) and linens, the sitting area is a twin daybed. Older build and “rustic” handyman work. Pretty clean. Host was friendly and accommodating. Backyard gets really muddy during rain, but would be nice in better weather. Not handicap accessible, though because path is very narrow on a slope. Host has dogs in connecting yard. Host cooks great smelling food which can be smelled through the ventilation system In the other part of the house. :-)

I had a great experience staying in this private suite! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. The bed was incredibly cozy—one of the best I’ve slept in during my travels! The location felt private and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!
