Check in was really easy! Zen Den was really nice. It has a nice size kitchen but not much counter space. I used the dining table for my work surface. The only thing I wasn’t fond of was how small the shower was and how slippery the shower floor was. The bed is very comfy! The place was nice and quiet too. Great decor! A nice tropical feel!

Visiting family

Plenty of room. Comfortable bed. Full kitchen. Had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Close to many things like stores and restaurants. Also close to the harbor and other waters. We stay in the area every year while visiting family. By far one of the best values in the area.

I was very disappointed

Sept 30, 2024 - Oct 11, 2024 I really wanted to love this place. Upon arrival I was greeted with pests. This place looks like it has not been cleaned in a very long time. The baseboards were very dirty. The baseboards in the bathroom were coated with dust, hair, and who knows what else. The base of the toilet and the floor behind the toilet look to have not been cleaned in years. The bathroom rugs were so nasty that I washed them because I was afraid to step on them with bare feet. The dishes and flatware are left out to get crawled on by all the bugs that live there. They are very dirty and dusty and look to have feces of some sort on them. Two of my 11 nights I did not even stay there. I felt like I was getting ripped off by paying a cleaning fee when the place definitely had not been cleaned in a very long time. I would not touch the refrigerator because the front of it was so nasty and the freezer smells like fish. The host said he called an exterminator and someone to come in and clean. Whoever supposedly “cleaned“ definitely does not know what they are doing. I’m curious if the exterminator was even there because I never smelled anything as if he had been there and I continued to see roaches. Baby roaches. Because I know roaches come out in the dark typically, I slept with the lights on because I was afraid of stepping on one during the night or having them crawl on the bed. I had high hopes for the ZEN DEN. I just wasted 1000.

Cozy clean stay

The owner is super courteous. This place is so close to marinas and perfect for Captains stay. I booked on of the places and it was actually already booked. He still accommodated me at his other place. Thumbs up
