Access to Ruby Ranch for fishing and meeting our animals 2 miles away

Weekend Stay

We stayed for just a couple nights and absolutely loved the property! The kids loved the huge backyard and we really enjoyed how close we were to everything.

Functional house, but not as nice as the listing portrays it to be.

Overall the house was functional but I would not classify this as a "nice" house. The location was a nice distance from downtown, however, the pictures online showcase a nicer small house with some recent renovations. Upon arrival, we found everything that was not in the pictures, and many parts of this house were lacking. The hot tub, that we were promised was in working order, was green. There were all sorts of random stains on all the furniture and the toilet would barely flush as it had very little pressure. The "fenced backyard" was a disaster as there was all sorts of stuff strewn across it, and it was barely accessible. Overall the house was functional and gave us a place to sleep, but the overall amenities were not quite as portrayed by the listing.

Convenient, easy and comfortable

Design layout works well for providing the bedrooms needed. The main bedroom is huge which would provide enough space for an extra bed/cot or playpen. Kitchen could use a few more items. Everything felt clean. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. We appreciated being on the outside edges of the city but close enough.

Nice getaway

Nice house that feels like you’re in the country. Pretty quiet, lots of space for dogs to roam, and plenty of enough space for our family of 3 and two dogs.

House perfect/hot tub disappointed

Overall house was what we needed for a one night stay. We were able to enjoy our family movie night in the massive bed in master bedroom. However, we booked this just for the hot tub. For the cost, we would have been more satisfied staying at a nice hotel but we really wanted an evening in the hot tub as we just came from a long road trip. Hot tub was green and lots of slime/algae build up.

What are you waiting for!

Looking for a place to stay with a view and some peace and quiet? This is the perfect place views of horses and water absolutely wonderful. We went with another family for a small geaway with our kids. This house was so clean, lots of space and the host was outstanding. Cant believe how clost it is to doentoen when it is so peaceful. Next time we visit Indy we will diffently use this host again! Thank you so much!
