Beautiful, new build downtown, open floor plan with full kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs.2 bedroom 2 baths downstairs .Rooftop patio shows the skyline of Indy. Private patio downstairs with four person hot tub. Easy access to I 65 and I 465. Short drive to Mass Avenue district or Fountain Square neighborhood, take a long walk on the canal downtown. Close to IUPUI campus, White River State Park, Lucas oil, Convention Center, Bankers Life Field house, Indianapolis Zoo, 20minutes To Indianapolis international Airport and Indianapolis 500 track.

No tapering with any camera device. Please shower before entering Hottub , $300 fee for dirty hot tub .

Very cute rooftop patio

The rooftop patio and hot tub area were very unique. The house was very clean. Upstairs can get a little warm. For the most part, it is in a very quiet location with an occasional train horn as it passes. Beautiful house and decorated very nice. Loved the suggestion board. Perfect for our family weekend in Indianapolis. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

DONT THINK JUST BOOK!

The pictures really don’t do enough justice to the home. I loved the art & the creativity throughout the home. The jacuzzi and the balcony area was the best part! Other than my friends being super loud in the jacuzzi I had the best time. I would book with her again literally don’t think about booking just go book.

Beautiful property

Very well decorated and all the amenities one needs for a week in town. Two fully decked out bedroom suites, well apart from each other for privacy and plenty of room for social gathering for your group as well.

LOOK NO FURTHER

Seriously, if you’re coming to Indy, look no further! Book this place! My college girlfriends and I do an annual getaway and happened to stumble on this place and booked it based on good reviews. We had no idea we were walking into a place that literally thought of everything! The house was absolutely gorgeous! The creative elements throughout were so well thought out. The design and layout was so perfect. We had plenty of room. The hot tub hangout area was beautiful. There were extras of everything in case you forgot. Shampoo, paper towels, lotions, so many little details that made the experience next level. The host was so incredibly kind and responsive. She even left us the most delicious pastries in the fridge, offered suggestions of where to eat and was available for any questions. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO’s and they’ve never been bad experiences, this was just top tier. If ever in Indy again, we will definitely book this place! Thanks, Beth!
