This cozy little house is the perfect home base for your trip to Indianapolis. With 3 bedrooms, including 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 3 twin beds, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The delightful living room features a cozy sofa bed, providing additional sleeping space. You'll find all the necessary amenities like heating, WiFi, a hair dryer, a washing machine, AC, and an iron. There is also a high chair and collapsible crib for the smallest travelers! The bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer for your convenience. House was very clean and laid out perfectly. Even though small in square footage, it did not feel like it and we had 7 kids there. Only downside is location but we had no issues with people in neighborhood.

Place was super cute, clean and comfortable. Well equipped with everything we needed. LOVED that each bedroom had a tv and ceiling fan. Conveniently located close to downtown. Only complaint would be the neighborhood and surroundings, but no one bothered us and it was quiet.

Our stay was great and the communication was quick and clear. The house was clean and had everything we would have needed if we had been there for a longer stay. We were only in town for an event for one night but found everything to be as stated in the listing and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

James was very attentive as a host. We had an issue with the digital lock at check-in, but he was able to resolve everything within minutes, which we appreciated very much. Prompt correction of problems is one mark of a good host.

The property was very clean! The bed were comfortable and we loved the convience of the truddles so little kids could stay in the room with parents. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions about the dishwasher.

I was in town for a convention the property was close to the convention center and all the rest of downtown. The property was very nicely updated and remodeled. In a quiet neighborhood and was very clean. I feel lucky to have found such a great property for the money it was a great value.

It was a cute little house. Only one night stay. Nice of porch and light inside on for arrival. Plenty of towels for 3 guest to use. Nice size rooms with tv. However, with using them very limited shows to watch without having to sign into your own things, so for one night wanst worth that all. The beds were great for the queen and the full. The twin prob would be better for a kid, the mattress was a little thin and not comfortable for an adult that was there. Nice that coffee and supplies there. We didnt use it with our stay but a nice size fenced in yard. Also was nice of the usb port in the livingroom as one forgot the charging block also. Was very close to many places as well and made thr trip very convenient for us.
