3 bedroom/ 2 bath spacious condo.

Built in 1991 this property is one of the older homes on West Beach and is the East side of a duplex. There is a permanent owner resident next door.

Parking available under the condo and in the driveway for up to 3 vehicles.

1 Queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a queen self-inflating mattress.

Easy across the street access to the beach.

Short walk half a block to Waves Grocery and Package, shops and restaurants.

Large covered front deck with great views of the ocean.

Eat in 3 seat kitchen, 6 seated dining room, living room with large windows and vaulted ceiling.

Everything you need just to stay and enjoy the beach.

Nice house, very comfortable. Host was pleasant and helpful. I'd stay here again for sure. Plenty of towels, ice machine in freezer.. All good and close to beach without high beachfront prices.

Stephanie was great, quick to respond to messages. Our stay was wonderful. We spent a lot of time on the covered front porch which was awesome to have. The beach was a short walk, and was beautiful. Location was close to so many things. Trip was perfect!

The house was so close to the beach it was wonderful. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house it's self was fully equipped. There was a small issue that was resolved quickly. The owner was responsive and friendly.

The location was great however the neighbor that lives next door was not. We said hello when we arrived and he barely spoke to us. The 2nd day we were there he came over and asked my 2 grandkids if they picked up his Amazon package which they both replied no. Not 10 minutes later the Amazon truck pulled up to deliver it. The house has 3 bedrooms and not 1 of the tv's in the bedrooms worked. When you have 2 boys age 17 and 18 they want to play their Xbox at night. Overall the house was okay but given the unfriendliness of the neighbor, I wouldn't stay again.

Clean & Comfortable Near the Beach

The duplex was clean and conveniently located just down the road from restaurants and shopping and right across the street was beach access. The check-in process was easy, and the hostess answered all questions promptly. Enjoyable family stay!!!

Great location & nice you can bring your pets.

House is directly across from the beach. Easy beach access. Kitchen has everything you would need. When we arrived, there was already ice in the ice maker storage tray. Plenty of extra bath towels and very convenient to have a washer and dryer. All the items you usually have to bring for staying in a condo are provided, this is a nice perk. Toilet paper; shampoo, paper towels, garbage bags, etc…The air conditioning works like a champ, and the temperatures were high 90’s last week while we were there. Only recommendation would be to add a king bed in one of the bedrooms. Going from a king bed at home to sleeping in a full or queen was very different. All of the beds were comfortable though. Also one fyi if you are bringing a pet. When you walk your dog, watch out for these burs that stick to your dog’s fur. They are painful for them and hurt when trying to remove them. Nothing the homeowner can do , but just be aware.I would definitely stay here again.

Quick Trip for State Track Meet

We needed a place QUICK and at the last second when our oldest got a wildcard to the State Travj and Field Meet in Gukf Shores. We only needed two nights and we didn’t want to pay an arm and a legz The owner was amazing and the check in process was sooo easy. The place was clean, the area was quiet, we were able to do everything we needed to do. Super thankful this worked out and we were able to stay here!

Spring Break stay

Spouse and I stayed with our teenagers, first time to Gulf Shores. Ideal location, convenient beach access with ice cream, convenience store and restaurant within walking distance. The property is a bit worn down and dated (dry rot in the window, front door hard to open/close, back yard isn’t usable) but the kitchen and bath are well stocked.

Close to the beach

Our family really enjoyed the hospitality that our host provided. The beach is our happy place and it was very easy to go across the street to enjoy the beach, plenty of room and really enjoyed the view from the front deck great place for relaxing and being close to everything that you would like to go see.

I wrote that description many years ago. Everything is still true, but I have since remarried a wonderful man, Wes, who works in home inspections. He comes in handy to make sure that the property is up to par safety wise.

Wes and I live in town, about 5 miles away. I am a mental health therapist. I work in a psychiatric hospital in Daphne. My oldest child works for Ikes, and provides beach services to all the vacationers. He's the one that sets the chairs out on the beach. I have a beautiful daughter who is up at Auburn, following in my footsteps and getting a psychology degree. And my youngest is now 14 years old and starting the marching band. I am proud of all 3 of them and you may meet them when they come to see their dad, next door...
It is true that my ex-husband lives next-door to your rental unit. It is a duplex . He's a nice guy, his name is Randy. He's a criminal attorney if you get any trouble while you're down here! He knows a lot about fishing too, charter boats and honey holes.

Everyone in my family looks forward to having happy vacationers at our condo.

In 2009, I had been vacationing in Gulf Shores for over 20 years. I decided to buy in and relocate for a safer place to raise my kids.
West Beach in Gulf Shores is by far the best spot! Quiet and peaceful, but close to many attractions, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
We offer a hurricane refund, cat 2 and up.
