Very comfortable. Nothing fancy but excellent for the price point. It was clean, pet friendly which was important to me. Tony was easy to communicate with.

Very comfortable stay beds where nice and soft so was the furniture. Tv was good size and had plenty of streaming services already ready to be watched

It was an easy in easy out stay. Great fast communication with owner. Short drive to anything. Close to msum which was awesome because we were in town visiting my nephew who attends there.

Such a unique place So creative with vibrant colors in keeping with the northern lights theme Nice chat with Tony early this morning when taking my dog out to walk And always so nice finding dog friendly too Quiet part of town All the comforts of home

Never rent from a property that does not have outside pictures. The inside is a published. I arrived at the property to 2 people smoking a glass pipe in the parking lot. turns out they rented the place across the hall. There are several windows broken on the second floor. The same host has all 4 properties. These are multi person flop houses. I walked in the door he suggested to have the mold hit me in the face, I could not breathe by the time I got the property door. dealing with VRBO to mitigate the issue was event more of a hassle. If you are comfortable in a run down property enjoy.

We made a list of things, both good and bad, that stood out about our stay. Cons:-Temperature throughout space is not well regulated - either super hot or cold. -Terrible draft over the single bed in the bedroom from the window.-The bathroom was filthy (wall, door, wall behind door, sink, shower and shower curtain)- so much so that we did not shower. -The bathroom door does not close-The bathroom floor was sticky -The bedroom nightstands were dirty and dusty -The entrance to the apartment was run down and filthy with cigarette butts on the floor. -The parking lot is right outside the bedroom windows with people coming and going late into the night talking loud and slamming doors. -It would be nice to have a luggage rack to put suitcase/bag on in bedroom-The outside of the building is really run down in the daylight (upstairs windows are busted out, siding is dingy and beat up).pros--Location was easy to find-Parking is not bad-Bedroom light fixture has a built-in Bluetooth speaker which was nice to play white noise to drown out the parking lot noise when going to bed.-There was plenty of seating in living room -The bathroom is good sized -The mirror in the hallway was nice to have.-The hooks on the back of the entrance door were nice to hang jackets.
