Kaysville Cottage is the perfect place to relax after a fun day exploring with family.

Whether you are in town to enjoy the fresh powder on the slopes, visit family, explore Lagoon, or to check out all the city has to offer, this is the perfect home for you.

You'll love the open floor plan. It showcases a large, updated kitchen that comes fully loaded with the appliances and accessories you need to cook a nice meal.

Need to unwind? Sign-in and watch a favorite show or movie on our 86"+ television in the media room. Or, test your skills in a quick game of foosball.

At the end of the day, you'll be able to settle into one of the three bedrooms for a good nights rest.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Vrbo! Moving out of state and needed a place to hangout w/our dogs till closing was finished. Also with all the transition closing the sale of our home. We had great quick responses from the host and she allowed us a late checkout to accommodate a place to stay while husband did closing.Thank you and I highly recommended this Vrbo!

The house was great for our family of four. It was clean and stocked with great amenities. The owner was easy to work with and left great checkin details. She even left us a lovely greeting basket to make us feel welcome. I recommend this place if you are in the Kaysville area.

Clean and well maintained. Master bed was comfortable. Kids enjoyed the TV room in the basement. Host was very quick to respond when we had trouble getting in when we arrived. She got us in and a new code very quickly. And extra towel or 2 would have been nice, but not a huge deal as there was one per member of our family. Would stay here again.

The host was very friendly and communicative. We needed a bit of flexibility and the host was great! The property itself was great, except for the bathrooms. Both bathrooms needed more counter space - the upstairs bathroom has little counter space and the downstairs bathroom has no counter space. The shower in the downstairs bathroom took up most of the bathroom as well. The property location was a great location for us and the check in and check out procedures were easy as well.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the location as it was out in a quiet and beautiful area. We had easy access to the freeway as well as to stores and restaurtants. Being close to the hills was very nice. The house was very clean and spacious. We did one load of laundry and it was very nice laundry soap was provided. Our grand daughters enjoyed having the basement family room to watch tv after a busy day at Lagoon and the aquarium.It was also nice to have a well stocked kitchen as I did some cooking and the added snacks and coffee were also a nice little perk as well. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very easy to follow the access instructions and the owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this house and we would stay there again.
