Other Things to Note:
The Sky Ala Moana ascends to an impressive height of 400 feet, overlooking the vibrant Ala Moana/Kapiolani Corridor. This specific unit has undergone significant upgrades, and the entire building reached completion in 2023. Beyond the contemporary and urban features of the structure, it provides a connection with nature through the surrounding weather, beach, and environment.
• Private Lanai. Breathe in the fresh air on the spacious 91 sq. ft. lanai as you revel in the panoramic view.
• The building does routine AC maintenance, plumbing (water shut down) and pest control and you'll see notices in the elevator, we will try to remind you too.
• Noise: This unit is on the 16th floor so it's quite high from the street but it is facing the city view which has traffic and a lot of cars. So you may not hear noise but you may, if you're sensitive. The AC units in the building are all similar and not 100% noiseless. If you're sensitive to any noise, you may want to consider other options.

🗑 All Trash Must Be Bagged & Tied
Loose trash should never be placed down the chute. All items must be securely bagged.
📦 Flatten All Cardboard
Boxes must be completely flattened before disposal.
♻ Use the Cardboard Recycling Bins
We have designated cardboard bins available. Please use them rather than the trash chute for boxes.
📏 Oversized or Bulky Items
Oversized items must not be placed down the chute.
If you have large or bulky materials:
Call the Front Desk for guidance.
Flatten items.
Bring them to the ground-floor disposal area as directed by staff.
Interaction with Guests:
The host and co-host will be accessible for guests via app should you have any questions about the apartment or the area.
