Nice private Master Room with private entrance, a cozy space designed for your comfort and style. You’ll have everything you need for a relaxing stay in a charming and elegant atmosphere. With King bed, Full Bathroom, Sofa, Closet, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, the patio has a Hammock, outside furniture, own entrance, offers our guests the sweet serenity of a home away from Home, We close to Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Jensen Beach, Hutchinson Isla, 5 mins to Clover Park, Bars and Restaurants.
✓🛜FREE WI-FI. Roku TV with internet streaming services, enjoy your favorite Netflix series.
✓🅿️FREE-PARKING FOR ONE CAR: Please utilize the space assign.Each additional car will have an extra fee"
✓🐾PETS welcome! We love hosting furry friends! Let us know in advance if you’re bringing a pet. please Bring your own pet supplies and a blanket if they’ll be on the bed or couch, clean up after your pet so everyone can enjoy the space. Unreported pets may incur an additional fee.
•Please note that we're in Florida, so it's normal to see insects (bugs) from time to time even if Pet Control comes by. If you see any, I'll immediately fumigate and eliminate them. Seeing one will not entitle you to any type of refund.
✓🗑️GARBAGE: Please do not leave any garbage on patio areas, this attracts wildlife, Containers are located at the driveway. Please remove full garbage bags from the unit to avoid unpleasant visits.
✓🚬SMOKERS, please. Refrain from any forms of inhalation inside of house.
✓💃VISITOR: For security reasons, you are required to inform Us if you will have visitors during your stay.
✓🌊 Pool access is available for an additional $30 per person, per day/hours: 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
⚠️For long-term stays, we provide toilet paper and cleaning supplies for the first week only. After that, guests are responsible for replenishing them as needed. The long-stay discount is intended to help cover these additional expenses.

This space was perfect for me (& my small dog)! Comfortable, super clean, quiet space, and located in a safe, prosperous neighborhood. Sol couldn't have been a more gracious host. It's clear that she truly cares about you enjoying every aspect of your stay.I think I should say that this is a 'tight' space, with the exception of the roomy, fabulous bathroom, that includes a soaking tub and large shower. Absolutely recommend 100% and hope to return! Thank you again Sol, Nancy

Nicely decorated. Clean with easy access in and out. Quiet with enough space for the both of us. No kitchen but small fridge and microwave were enough. Also, coffee maker. We enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Host seemed very nice, even though I did not meet him (my choice). A few suggestions are: replace the sliding door with a proper entrance door or at the very least add a lock at a usable height. Replace the ceiling fan which I don’t believe even works with a simple light fixture. Install a bathroom door- it could swing in to the right just fine. Lastly, replace that massive sofa that is crowding the already limited space with a bed end ottoman which will provide ideal seating for getting dressed and putting on shoes.

Perfect place to stay

Perfect place to stay for 2 people. As NY Mets fans, the location is phenomenal—-short drive to Clover Park. Much better deal than staying in a hotel. Extremely reasonable price. Large TV, comfortable king mattress, very large shower and bathroom. Safe neighborhood We will definitely be staying here a when we come for Mets Spring Training games.

Overall nice place. Sliding door lock for entry was located at the bottom of the door which required kneeling down. Changing pool lights was a nice touch when sitting on the patio.
