1501 Island Club - Folly Field - 2 Bed 2 Bath Sleeps 4 - Hilton Head Rentals

1501 Island Club is located on the top floor (5th Floor) of the oceanfront Atlantis Building. From the balcony you can enjoy viewing the Atlantic Ocean and the pristine sandy beach.

The kitchen has granite countertops, updated cabinets, and modern appliances. The living room provides ample seating, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a 40-inch flatscreen TV, and direct access to the Oceanview balcony.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a separate entrance to the balcony and access to the en-suite bathroom offering walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and access to a full bath with tub/shower. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Shared hot tub (early spring through November - Only those 18 years of age or older will be permitted in the Hot Tub, Tanning Shelf, and upper Deck, heated seasonally
Shared kiddie pool (heated seasonally)
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Wonderful place to stay. Good view of the ocean, even though its a side view it's wide open. My only complaint is that there was not an extra blanket or throw blanket, and there was only a light spread on the bed, and only 1 plastic spatula in the kitchen. Lovely condo,

Great condo located in the Folly Field area. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was thoughtfully provided. Beautiful views of the ocean from the Balcony.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in the unit we rented. It was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It had beach chairs and beach towels included. It had everything you needed to be able to cook, if you wanted to cook. Loved our family time there.

A wonderful vacation

We stayed at Hilton Head Rentals and had the best experience for our spring vacation.The apartment has everything you want to feel almost like home and is located just 5 minutes from the beach, and we walked there every single day because it was so close. There is a wonderful terrace with an ocean view so you get to sit and relax watching the ocean.We enjoyed a lot our staying and we're planning to rent again this property.Thank you for having us as your guests.
