1501 Island Club is located on the top floor (5th Floor) of the oceanfront Atlantis Building. From the balcony you can enjoy viewing the Atlantic Ocean and the pristine sandy beach.
The kitchen has granite countertops, updated cabinets, and modern appliances. The living room provides ample seating, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a 40-inch flatscreen TV, and direct access to the Oceanview balcony.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a separate entrance to the balcony and access to the en-suite bathroom offering walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen and twin bed and access to a full bath with tub/shower. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.
Highlights of amenities-
Tennis and pickleball courts- 1 hour count time per day
Exercise room
Shared charcoal and gas outdoor grills- Report to entry gate house if gas needs refilled
Multiple picnic eating areas.
Multiple beach access walkways with outdoor rinse showers
Playground for children
Large catch and release stocked lagoon.
Pool/Amenities are taken care of by the On-Site Management Team.
Seasonal availability can change year by year. On site rules are posted at pool.
Shared pools in the center of the complex (early spring through November, heated seasonally
Shared hot tub (early spring through November - Only those 18 years of age or older will be permitted in the Hot Tub, Tanning Shelf, and upper Deck, heated seasonally
Shared kiddie pool (heated seasonally)
The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Baby Pool - 30' x 30' and 1' in depth
