Luxury Penthouse + Private Hot Tub | Piste Chalet
Piste Chalet is a four-bedroom luxury penthouse in the Mountain View Condominiums building on the banks of Gore Creek with outstanding views of the ski slopes. You’ll be just steps away from Vail Village, with convenient access to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and, of course, world-class skiing on Vail Mountain. This spacious residence has two floors that are south-facing, allowing the light to flood in.
As you enter the home, you’re greeted with the views of the ski mountain through the open living space. A stunning antler chandelier hangs from the cathedral ceiling in the living room and a large stone gas fireplace is a cozy focal point. Step outside from the living room onto the deck to breathe in the fresh mountain air and listen to the creek below.
Preparing meals is a delight in the gourmet kitchen with mountain views and plenty of space, plus a gas grill on the deck. There’s a wet bar and a dining table that seats eight, with an additional two seats at the kitchen bar.
Pamper yourself and relax in the primary king bedroom with its luxurious ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate steam shower. Also on this level are two more guest bedrooms – a queen with an ensuite bathroom and a third bedroom with two twins and a hall bathroom.
More incredible views await on the upper level. The loft family room is open to the living room below and shares the same windows that look out to the ski mountain. After a day of outdoor adventures, come home to soak in the private hot tub that’s on the deck off the family room and also features an outdoor gas fireplace. An ensuite queen bedroom is also on this level.
For guests’ convenience and comfort the residence features a washer and dryer, air conditioning, underground parking for two vehicles, on-site ski storage, and a community outdoor pool and hot tub.
SKI / VILLAGE ACCESS
During the winter months, guests need only walk 0.2 miles down Vail Valley Drive to access Chair 6 out of Golden Peak or 0.3 miles down Vail Valley Drive or Bridge Street in Vail Village to catch Gondola One out of Vail Village. In the summer, it’s a lovely short walk to the pedestrian-only streets of Vail Village. Please note, there are several steps from the building down to the walking path. If you don’t feel like walking, the free in-town bus stops just 0.1 miles from this residence and takes you to Golden Peak.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, from mid-November through mid-April.
