Our primary bedroom has a comfortable King size bed with a 40” Smart tv, large en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet located upstairs as well as the guest bedroom. Our guest bedroom has a full size bed & a twin sized rollaway bed (inside closet) w/40” smart tv with the bathroom in the hallway. We have a full kitchen with stainless steel stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher located downstairs. Our kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, blender, water kettle and double slice toaster. Feeling the need to cook, we have you covered with pots & pans, utensils, plates, glassware and basic seasonings. This condo is stocked with fresh clean towels, toiletries, hair dryer, extra linens, and etc. Also included is a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent and bleach.
Self check-in: code will be sent 30 minutes prior to check-in.
**Please make sure to only park in spaces 103 in front of our door and the other space is in the middle parking space numbered 103- vehicle will be towed if in other tenants space‼️
You have full access to the entire condo with exception of the owner closet that’s locked near the laundry room.
***Check-ins are at 4pm & Check-out 11am‼️

**Please do not use white towels to remove makeup** (Will be charged for stained towels- Wash cloths $5/each bath towels $10/each)
**Please make sure to pick up behind yourself and throw trash outside in the bin before leaving. Please take all trash out of fridge when leaving- it will be a $75 removal fee.
**Please turn off all lights & place all remotes on bed/table before leaving.
