The Monterey Bay Lodge is located right across the beach and Lake Estero. Enjoy paddle boating on the lake or take a walk across the bridge to the historic Dennis the Menace Park. This lodge is within walking distance from Alvarado Street, Fisherman's Warf, and Cannery Row. Feel free to take a 15-20 minute drive down South to check out the world-famous Big Sur where you and your travel buds can enjoy a hike at Point Lobos, a picture stop at Bixby Bridge, or just to see the breathtaking views!

Perfect home base

This was a perfect little hotel room 2 blocks from the beach. We stayed to attend a wedding and it was great to have a centrally located room to come back and sleep and get ready. We walked to coffee shops for breakfast and enjoyed the park and beach across the street.

Super clean!

Amazing getaway but what I loved the most how clean it was. It’s very important for me that the place where I sleep is clean and tidy and this one definitely is! Plus the location is great too!
