Welcome to Cedar Lodge! Our cozy cabin offers amazing lake views, a great beach with fun activities like swimming, fishing and kayaking, and nearby attractions like Boothbay Botanical Gardens. The cabin is loaded with amenties like a king size bed, luxurious 100% cotton sheets and duvets, and whole-house A/C. Come and relax by the fireplace in the screened-in porch or soak in our extra large bathtub. Experience the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation!

Maine retreat

Very cool cabin. Very comfortable beds and great linens. Well equipped kitchen with easy access to lake and local attractions. The botanical garden, 2 miles away is a must visit.

Early Fall at Cedar Lodge

Are you looking for a very well equipped, very up to date family cabin with a fire place on a screened in porch on a small lake with waterfront amenities? Cedar Lodge is one of a few cabins family owned and operated. Boothbay Harbor and the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are nearby. There is something for everyone here.

Excellent cabin

Spent four days at the property. No issues, no problems. Almost missed the turn into a drive, its so tucked away - but that was my mistake - we arrived after dark (no street lights). My one and only actual criticism is that the bigger electric coils on the cooktop are slanted, so cooking is a challenge - had to use largish frying pan on a smaller coil which was an issue - but again, being that its a vacation property - cooking is not a necessity ;-) Overall excellent property, well stocked with everything you need to relax and located close to everything Boothbay has to offer.

What a treasure!

I never rented a house before, but this was a pleasure. The rooms were good sizes, very clean and bright. A couple suggestions: seeing the bars in the bathroom was one reason I chose the place as my son is handicapped. But the shower had none - it would help to have that, as well. Also perhaps you could provide better instructions to the specific home - we got to the street and went past the house. A neighbor directed us to the house. But what a treat as it was the best house in the neighborhood! Thank you for letting us celebrate my son's 40th birthday in a different, special way!
