Dear Sally, Thank you for having taken your time to provide us with your valuable feedback relating to your recent stay with us. We are so pleased to learn that you were happy with the overall experience, although we would like to apologies that we fell short on your expectations in some area. In relation to the basic items, the villa is very well equipped and generally will contain everything you can reasonably expect to need for a self-catering holiday for 8 people. as per your reservation. As essential amenities for a confortable stay, we provide bed linen and set of bathrooms towels for 8 people. Unfortunately, we don’t provide beach towels (pool towels) for guests and it is not market as outdoor equipment on our VRBO description. We generally advise guests via our pre-arrival email informing that we do not provide pool towels service and recommend that guests come equipped with their own pool towels advising that the use of bathroom towels for the pool is not allowed for hygiene reasons. We also apologize if the number of sunloungers have not reached your expectations. The goal is to choose and position the furniture to enhance the pool’s beauty and value, with the foresight to avoid obstacles to functionality. There must also be sunbeds to ensure maximum relaxation and allow you to sunbathe without taking up too much space. We are constantly working on improve all the services offered for our guests, we make notes on all suggestions and try to improve then all. Looking forward to see you again in the near future.
