Great Property and Location

The property was perfect for me. Nikos was attentive and thoughtful, met me at check in and reviewed the property and neighborhood. Near Victoria park and only 1 block to the train.lots of places to eat and shop nearby. I was very happy with everything and would stay again. Thank you Nikos

A week sightseeing

Nikos was very helpful in meeting and providing info on Athens etc. OK apartment with great balcony, useful in summer but not in november/december! Electrics need some TLC, some of the plugs hanging out of the wall. Not a lot in the local area apart from a family run souvlaki restauraunt in nearby Victoria Square, went there a few times. Walking distances to main Athens attractions further than suggested in the description. Old town - Plaki/ Monastariki etc very good for shops and eating but difficult to keep your bearings as many narrow streets that look the same. We had a good time!

Amazing Athens apartment

Nikos was such a wonderful host. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect walking distance to train, also so many attractions. We have many special memories enjoying the patio and listening to the sound of the city below. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Athens

Schöne und praktische Wohnung mit herrlichem Balkon in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Altbau im 6. Stock (kleiner Aufzug) in einer ganz ruhigen Nebenstraße; gleich um die Ecke ist der Viktoria Platz, wo die Metro-Station, viele Cafés und Restaurants, ein Supermarkt und Obststände sind, also alles was man braucht. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur zwei oder drei Metro-Stationen entfernt. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit vier Betten (ein franz. Doppelbett, zwei Einzelbetten), die relativ hart sind. Große Küche mit allem ausgestattet, kleines Duschbad, Esstisch im Flur, Wohnzimmer mit TV und zwei Sofas und ein richtig großer, komplett mit Markise beschatteter Balkon mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sesseln, wo wir herrlich gefrühstückt haben oder abend Karten spielten. Natürlich gibt es WLAN und Klimaanlagen in allen Wohn- und Schlafräumen. Nikos hat uns mit allen erdenklichen Informationen versorgt und - wegen des späten Fluges - mitten in der Nacht freundlichst willkommen geheißen. Alles war ganz unkompliziert, Nikos ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr nett.

Apartment with all comforts only the shower needing some improvement ( may be depending the apartment is at the last floor). Very good area to stay, close to the metro station, 200 meters from archeological Museum, pretty close to nice restaurants area. Really a good vacation in Athens

A nice three days in Athens

This 2 bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable with sufficient kitchenware/appliances for simple meals. it had a very nice balcony for early morning and evening relaxation. It was very convenient to the Metro which brought us from the airport and took us to city center and the port upon leaving. Also close to restaurants, small markets, and park/square. The owner was available for issues and offered suggestions for restaurants. The only problem was that it was on the 6th floor. The lift/elevator was quite small, which would have only been a mild inconvenience, except it was out of order for most of our stay. Helped us offset the calories of good Greek food.

Our stay was pretty good. We were 4 adults and 2 small children (3 & 1). The apartment was a little cozy for that many people especially with the little kids running around, but we still had a good time. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance from the apartment. Carrefour is a 2 minute walk away which was very nice. Taxi station and metro are a 1 min walk from the apartment. Niko showed us good hospitality and quickly arranged another driver to pick us up from the airport when his first one fell through. Overall the apartment has good value for the price paid.

Great location

We were a party of two adults, so the unit was a very nice size. We loved the fact we could close the shutters at night and get total darkness, I slept very well. The beds are very firm, something typical of most European locations I have been to, but I still slept great, even though I typically need a much softer bed. The building is very quiet, hardly saw other people during the stay. It was well equipped for all we needed. The kitchen is newly renovated and clean. The balcony was great to sit out on in the morning and evening. I didn't think it would be that big of a deal, but it ended up being our favorite part of the apartment. It is very big and comfortable. The location is just a block to the metro station, so it was very easy to get anywhere in the city we wanted to go. Also lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Nikos was great, followed up quickly on anything we needed before the visit and explained things for us when we arrived. We didn't need to contact him during the stay, but I am certain he would have gotten back with me right away. I would rent here again without hesitation.

Une semaine au coeur d'Athènes

Une semaine formidable passée au coeur de la ville. L'appartement très bien aménagé et surtout à proximité de tout (place avec restaurant et cafés, métro, marché…) ! La terrasse nous a permis de déjeuner et même dîner à l'extérieur : et de prolonger nos journées clémentes même en ce début novembre. Merci à Nikkos qui a été disponible et qui a tout bien organisé pour nous et même avant notre venue. A refaire !

Convenient, comfortable, well equipped

We loved this spot. The apartment seemed newly renovated, and was equipped with everything we needed for 5 adults. Large kitchen, comfortable beds, good water pressure, lots of hot water, and convenient to everything we wanted to see, and to places like the grocery store, wine shop, cafes, subway, cab stand. Excellent WiFi access. The balcony was lovely, but the weather was a little cold during our stay for us to use it much. I ended up at this place because had booked a different one of Nikos' apartments, then we changed the number in our party. He accommodated all our travel changes graciously, and was very helpful. Other people had rated his customer service skills highly, and we agree, he was great. He suggested a car to bring us from the airport into town, and arranged it for us, which went well. He also provided directions for traveling by subway for some coming in later, and they were great too. Nikos made several restaurant recommendations; we took him up on two and were delighted with both experiences. (I think we only got into one because we said he had sent us--we hadn't made a reservation for a busy Saturday night.) This apartment was not in any of the tourist center areas, but it was very near the Hellenic Motor museum. It was quiet at night and, as noted, near to everything we needed for convenience. The cab stand around the corner made it easy to get to restaurants, attractions etc., although we walked to some places easily.
