Sketchy and Smelly
Unfortunately our stay was not a good one. I travel for work so I’m very schooled in staying away from home. This place is a health hazard. The stench of mildew was overwhelming when we opened the door. We didn’t have time to switch and to be honest the place looks so run down that I didn’t think switching was an option.We toughed it out since we only planned to sleep there, but that was a mistake. 2 days later I am sick with allergies and asthma from inhaling all that mildew/mold. Even my work bag and clothing and my husbands sleep apnea machine absorbed the odor. I brought this to the owners attention upon check out, and all she had to say was people stayed there over the summer and had no problem. I don’t call that a resolution. When I asked when was the last time they checked the room before we came she ignored my response. Don’t stay here. The place looks run down on the outside, and at 2 AM someone banged on our door and woke us up. We were too afraid to open it.I regret spending my money here. I was trying to find somewhere inexpensive and it back fried on me.
