Relaxing home with ample outdoor space to enjoy time with family!

This home has an open flowing floor plan, large gourmet kitchen with all the amenities you need and want during a staycation. A formal dining room that can hold all your friends and family! The master suite has king size bed and features a gorgeous en-suite bath with spacious walk in closet. The other 3 other rooms have comfortable queen beds. Backyard is great for entertaining with pool, jacuzzi, built in barbecue, custom built bar top, lounge area and large dining table under a shady gazebo.

The space
Your Fallbrook Getaway is perfect for multi-family or multigenerational staycation. It has master suite with a king size bed with a large en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in closet. The other 3 rooms feature queen size beds. The front guest room has charming double french doors, with added curtains for extra privacy. In addition, there are 2 queen size foldout mattresses, an inflatable air mattress and an infant pack'n'play.

The sitting room was designed with comfortable seating and is the perfect place to hang out and play board games during your staycation.

The formal dinning room has a large table, with formal sitting for 8, but could comfortably seat 10 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you would need to cook a feast for your family and friends. It has a breakfast table in addition to bar top seating to accommodate your whole group.

The TV room is adjacent to the kitchen and features all large 65" TV.
Just outside this room, you'll find our TV lounge area with comfortable seating for enjoying the game or favorite show with your family and friends.

Next to it, you'll find the outdoor, custom build BBQ, with a bar top that seats 8 people.

While outside, you'll want to go for a swim in the crystal clear pool, or spend time relaxing and soaking in the hot tub.

You'll be surrounded by a beautifully landscaped space and will enjoy having a meal in the outdoor dining area, under the shady gazebo.

You won't miss our citrus trees located just ahead of the gazebo, and please feel free to help yourself to oranges, tangerines and lemons if the trees are fruiting.

Guest access
You'll be able to access the entire house and backyard. The house is equipped with a smart lock which you'll be able to unlock with a personal passcode sent to you.

THINGS TO DO

You’ll be located less than 10 minutes away from local wineries, and less than 5 minutes from popular brunch and wedding destination, Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens. You’ll be 30 minutes away from Temecula wineries, hot air balloon attractions and local beaches.

POOL HEATING

Hot tub/jacuzzi heating is included with your stay. However, if you would like the pool heated during your stay, there will be a $300 fee for the first day of heating and a $150 fee per day for every day after that to keep the pool at 80 degrees. The energy required to heat the pool is costly and we provide this service at cost. During the cold months it may take between 24 to 48 hours to heat the pool to 80 degrees, and advance notice is required for heating. During the warm months, heating the pool is likely not necessary, and likely to be less expensive, as it takes less energy to heat the pool and keep it at a comfortable temperature. Heating is done by the owner. Any tampering with the pool equipment is prohibited.

POOL SAFETY

The pool can be accessed through a door outside the TV room, a sliding door from the Master suite and a side gate from the front of the house. We do not currently have a safety gate around the pool. Please watch small children around the pool.

LIABILITY

By confirming your booking, all guests and attendees must agree to accept liability for any injuries related to the use of the property, including pool / spa, bbq grill, gas appliances, kitchen appliances, etc; and guests assume all risk for use of facilities. Liability of the owner / host is waived.


NO PETS

Please do not bring any pets. Any one who brings a pet into the property without the owners consent will be charged a $300 fee, plus a $100 cleaning fee in addition to charges due to any damage the pet may have caused.
