Logement est bien, mais l'accès est difficile car l'escalier est étroit .Les équipements pour la cuisine sont minimalistes et literie et serviettes de base.

Property is not at all as advertised. Unit tries to finesse not providing the services mentioned in the description. Unit is described with AC but only has a swamp cooler, which a) is not ac and b) can only cool places with low humidity, which Brussels on August is not. Unit is described as having a washer and dryer. There is apparently a pay washer dryer somewhere in the entrance to the building, but that is not what the advertisement said. No hand towels were provided for the bathroom. The shower gel ran out during our two-night stay. The unit is in a lovely location, near the Grand Place, on a pedestrian street. If the apartment were well advertised, it would be a good stay. Unit is on the third floor, with staircases that have very short stairs, so walking is treacherous for anyone without good balance. One of the railings is broken. We requested the single bed to be ready for our daughter, and they did not leave bed linen for it. We asked on arrival and they said they would send it, but it never arrived. That bed is a foldaway cot of the most precarious/uneven variety; our daughter put the mattress on the floor (which was fine) and slept on it without a sheet (which is a bit gross).

La stuation est juste derrière la Grand Place, on ne peut mieux faire !Disponibilité et réactivité de la propriétaire.Nous y reviendrons dès que possible.
