The Stilt House on Lake Fork-Relax and Enjoy our Amenities

Come stay and make memories at this unique and spacious home in Yantis, TX. We are located just a few minutes from Lake Fork, one of the most famous fishing lakes! The boat ramp is less than 2 miles away! Our home is also close to Lake Tawakoni, Wildflower Wedding Venue, Canton’s Trade Days, a local splash pad, The Links at Land’s End Golf Course, playgrounds, splash pad and picnic areas, and so much more! After a great day of fishing and exploring the area, return home and relax in our 4 BD/2.5 BA vacation paradise!

THE SPACE: Our home features upgraded amenities, quality linens, beautiful and clean interior, two spacious outdoor decks, and close proximity to the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful and we have a great view of the morning sunrise on the screened in porch while you enjoy your coffee!

You will find most common appliances, dishes, pots and pans, spices, coffee, and tea in our kitchen.

The bathrooms have soft towels, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and several other small toiletries that may come in handy.

We have four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed and has a Roku enabled TV. Please feel free to login using any of your accounts (ie: Netflix, Hulu, etc.) An air mattress with linens and two couches are available to additional sleep space.

The living room TV is a smart TV and also has Direct TV, so you have multiple options to watch your favorite shows, movies, or games!

PET POLICY: If you are planning to bring pets, please let us know during your booking request. We require a fee to help us with any additional cleaning and the heads up lets us prepare for the next guest. Thank you!

Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 10 am. **Please note that we have these times in place to give our cleaning staff enough time to get the home ready for the next guests.**

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please practice consideration for the neighborhood.

The RV park across the street and their boat ramp are private property and not available to our guests.

Please make sure doors are locked when leaving the house.

No smoking or vaping.

No feminine products, make-up wipes, Q-tips, etc. in the toilets. Our septic system thanks you!

No fireworks, candles or open flame of any kind allowed (other than the fire pit)

We have security monitoring devices on the exterior of our home. This is for the protection of our home and for the safety of our guests and their property.

Accidents happen. We ask that you please inform us immediately if anything is broken or damaged so that we can address it properly.

Before your departure, we would appreciate it if you would take care of the following:
-Leave all used beds unmade
-Place all used towels in the hamper provided in the main bathroom
-Make sure all used dishes are placed in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher with the dish pods provided
-Place all trash in the large trash bins downstairs next to the laundry room. If you are checking out on a Monday, please roll the trash bin to the road, as our trash day is Monday.
-If you used the metal chairs on the open deck, please be sure to stack them up the way they were when you checked in
-Check all doors and windows to be sure that they are locked
