Sullivan's Place was home of many years to my beautiful aunt Julie. Her love for music and enjoying life to the fullest is what inspired us to create Sullivan's Place. If you love music and enjoy the outdoors then this place is for you. Conveniently located less than one mile from town but we offer 6 acres to roam and do as you please. This house is within minutes from the public boat landing on the Shenandoah River. Enjoy Fishing, Swiming, Canoeing, Kayaking, etc. or stay here the whole time and enjoy a large field for outdoor sports or a wooded area that has an abundance of wildlife such as deer, squirrels, rabbits. This is a two story home, Bedroom two and three are upstairs. Everything else including the master bedroom is located on the main floor. Now offering a NO STEPS option for easy access! Also check out our other rental that’s located right on the Shenandoah River less than 5 miles from Sullivan’s Place. “Rock N Reel!

Great kid friendly place

We had a fantastic time at this rental. Everything you could need and more!! Pictures and listing do not do it justice. Will rent again if we are ever needing a rental in this area

Perfect little mountain spot!

The home and property were exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The host, Ian, was super attentive when asking if we could check in an hour early and answered any messages quickly. The kids loved the games there and the firepit for smores. This home was in a good quiet place and not too far from attractions. We loved it!

Shenandoah visit

Property is even better than described. Very well furnished and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and plenty of land to explore. Close to several area attractions. Communication with Ian was great.
