We are hosting a spacious 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful 2.5 acre property. You have access to the entire apartment with a private entrance. This property is easily accessible, 30 minutes North of Anchorage and 30 minutes South from the MatSu Valley , just far enough to be out of the city, but still close to many amenities and excellent outdoor opportunities including hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing.

This is a very nice, clean, and comfortable apartment. The kitchen is well stocked, including to go coffee cups, which my husband loved. It is near the highway so convenient to get to things (but far enough away you never hear the highway). The host was very responsive and helpful.

Large apartment in Anchorage suburb. Very clean and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night before a flight from Anchorage, but the apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a longer stay. Was farther out of city than we realized, but travel to the airport was fine, even during rush hour. Recommended if the area suits your needs.

Buyer beware: “Near downtown Anchorage” is not even close to accurate.For anyone who isn’t familiar with local geography this place is a long long way from Anchorage.And for those expecting a quiet cozy private cabin, you get a surprise too!!It’s actually an apartment attached to a garage that shares a driveway to the property owners home. Complete with a huge bank of windows facing your rental.Out the other window in the kitchen that isn’t actually a peaceful meadow, it’s the parking lot for an adventure rental company, so people pull up to rent kayaks and things right outside your window. The inside looked clean and tidy, so there’s that, if you don’t mind all the rest then ENJOY!! Would NOT recommend for someone expecting a quiet private cabin near Anchorage (as advertised)

This renter apparently didn't read the description of the property, NOWHERE in the description does it say anything about a "cabin" or a "meadow". The description is very accurate that we offer a 1 bedroom apartment on a nicely kept 2.5 acre lot. The neighborhood is quiet and yes, we do have a small paddlle sport rental operation on site, it is quiet and we have never had complaints. This reviewer OBVIOUSLY didn't read the property description and was upset that wont give a refund for a same day cancellation. All our other reviews here, and Airbnb, reflect our past guests extreme happiness with our accommodations.

It was such a nice, clean, relaxing place to stay after a long fly day. It was super quiet and we felt safe and secure there. To top off our stay we saw a moose right out side our front door.

Great location!

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed! Great central location to Anchorage and Palmer/Wasilla. Apartment was well stocked and the owners were easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again. The best deal in town!
