Welcome to CoWrite, a new kind of hotel experience in Nashville, where each of our highly stylized and playful lofts are designed to inspire our guests through the power of music.

While we have taken measures to minimize noise, including extra soundproofing and providing sound machines, it is possible to hear music in the early mornings. We have received minimal complaints about this, but it is something to be aware of if your group is sensitive to noise. Thank you for your understanding.

Overlook the communal courtyard, where you can soak up the summer sun, or indulge with a coffee and taco from our famous neighbor, Ladybird, on your own private balcony. If the Tennessee heat doesn’t get you sweating, a spin class at Full Ride will, and when you’re ready to pamper yourself, book a facial at Face. Bike, walk and roam through 12th South – one of Nashville’s premiere neighborhoods. Live like a local, while being cared for by our hospitality team. West Coast may be the “best” coast, but the Third Coast is the Preferred Coast!

Your host will be available daily from 8am-11pm via the booking site or app. For accountability and documentation reasons, please refrain from calling us or contacting us outside of the booking app, except in case of emergency.

Emergencies occurring outside of business hours above will be directed to host emergency line for assistance. If you feel that you are in need of immediate emergency services (police, fire, medical, etc.) please don't hesitate to call these services.
