Very “homey” lake house

Great location on the lake that’s easily accessible. Then you get a 6 person golf cart on top of what which was great bike from traveling. The lake house is awesome and very well decorated. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

We had 5 adults and 2 small kids; we had plenty of room. Very pretty and clean house. the Host was wonderful. we just had to ask for what we needed, and it was there in minutes. The July 4th fireworks on the lake were great, we enjoyed our stay!!! would come back for sure.

Amazing!!

We decided on a trip for a family christmas this year. and we was definitely not disappointed!! the kids loved being able to go outside. and me personally i love that they had a tree up inside the cabin so we didn’t have to go buy one!! spacious and clean. only thing we didn’t like was we couldn’t wash our own clothes but we just bagged them up and brought them home.

I currently live in Rock Hill, SC, and operate four marinas across South Carolina and Tennessee. Of all of them, Swann’s Marina in Tennessee holds a special place in my heart. I’ve always been a mountain girl at heart, and there’s something truly peaceful and grounding about this property.

Swann’s Marina & Campground features 12 unique rentals—both cabins and campers—and I genuinely enjoy staying in each one. I love adding thoughtful touches, improving amenities, and continually elevating the guest experience. I also enjoy staying at other VRBO properties to gather inspiration, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to offer the same comfort, relaxation, and serenity to our guests.
