Wonderful country getaway

Beautiful country location, lots of native trees and wildlife. We enjoyed looking at the view across the hills during the day and the clear starry sky at night.

Beautiful

So many luxurious touches - I've never stayed somewhere like this before, where owners not only want to do everything amazingly well but execute it perfectly. The surroundings are so beautiful too.

Comfy, well appointed, tranquil

Full of thoughtful touches, our only regret about this holiday stay in the beautiful Adelaide Hills was that our time there was too brief. Very generous breakfast provisions - including freshly cooked loaf of bread, thoughtful handcrafted touches and a clear commitment to supporting local businesses and artisans made this accommodation stand out. Beautiful rural location yet conveniently close to Mount Barker and the freeway to Adelaide.

The residance was peaceful and relaxing, very comfortable with beautiful views, many trees. Food items that were left for us were great and we enjoyed them. Would like to have had walked the property some but found there were no clear marking to go for walks. But certainly that was not a problem as we ventured the country side.
