Petfriendly part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden, which is fully fenced. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.

There is a parking lot right outside the house. The master bedroom has direct access to the shower and bathroom and the other bedroom has curtains but no doors or own bathroom but there are two toilets. The single beds and sofa bed has no doors and is part of the living room.

What my guests love about the apartment is the space, the surroundings and the easy access to downtown Stockholm.

Lovely stay in Sweden

We had an amazing time in Sweden, and Åsa’s place was perfect for us to get some rest in between our travels. He was a very helpful and communicative host, and we loved the neighborhood, nearby areas, and convenience to public transit. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip!

Great stay

Åsa is a great host. Communicative and gave us lots of helpful recommendations. Property is clean and really well located for local parks, lakes and easy transport into Stockholm Centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip - highly recommended!

Great place for a stay in Stockholm

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. We enjoyed our breakfast in the garden. This apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay. With two metro-stations nearby, you will reach Stockholm-centrum within half an our. And Asa is e a very helpful host.

Good location and plenty of space

It was a quick walk to the trains and groceries. Plenty of space, but as described the layout is quirky with the shower through the 2 bedrooms. But everything was good and the host was very accommodating when our travel plans changed dramatically due to weather. Keep in mind the unit is on the lower level and that led to some issues with noise at night when we were trying to sleep. But overall a good place to stay.

Nice neighborhood outside of the city

First of all, Asa is a wonderful communicator! The place was as expected and Asa was thorough in her discourse. The adorable neighborhood is next door to a park, a lake, and amenities. The place is about a 10 minute plus 10ish minute train ride to Stockholm City. The place comfortably sleeps 4 people, with couch and pull out options for another 2. Our party of 5 felt comfortable, safe, and refreshed, while enjoying a great kitchen which we stocked from the nearby grocery stores. Thank you Asa!

The residential neighborhood where the apartment is located is very pleasant—a subdivision featuring well-kept single-family homes. There is a small park with a lake nearby. The subway station is approximately a 12-minute walk away.Unfortunately, we did not like the apartment at all. It is situated partially in the basement. The ceiling height is approximately 2.10 meters. There is no "bathroom" in the conventional sense. The shower stall is located in what resembles a boiler room, amidst all of the house's utility lines and pipes, which are unsightly covered by a cheap plastic curtain. The washing area is situated in a narrow alcove and features a kitchen sink. There are no actual shelves or storage spaces for items such as razors, deodorant, or soap. The kitchen utensils evidently consist of a hodgepodge of discarded items belonging to the hosts or their friends. The windows had no curtains. There were also several unused refrigerators and freezers standing in the apartment, which appeared to be stored there. die Unterkunft war anders als erwartet ,Verschiedene Gegenstände waren defekt.Dieses wurde der Besitzerin mitgeteilt.Die Betten waren bequem , die Gegend war schön und die Innenstadt leicht zu erreichen .Die Vormieter hatten wohl Hunde mit , im Garten lagen Tretminen , daher leider nicht nutzbar.Nachts war es sehr unruhig im Haus.Nochmal Würde ich dort nicht wohnen wollen.

Nicht so gut. Durchgelegene Betten in den Schlafzimmern. Schlafzimmerschrank war nicht nutzbar, da er voll mit Bettutensilien war. Durchgesessene Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer. Kücheneckschrank Tür defekt und alle Küchenschränke innen schmutzig. Halterungen der Glaseinlagen des Kühlschranks defekt. Siebeinsatz der Spülmaschine war ekelig schmutzig und sie verliert Wasser während der Reinigungsprogramme. Lampenspots fallen aus der Decke. Eigentümer veranstalten laute Poolparties bis nach Mitternacht. Das Beste war der eigene Garten.
