Right on Kentucky Ave, this cozy 3/2 has a large living room and kitchen, with plenty of space for friends and family to visit. If you know Sewanee, you know how hard it is to find a place on the Domain - this house is right next to the Village, within walking distance to everything in town, putting you on the trails and minutes to central campus. Perfect for graduation, homecoming, and other Sewanee events.
The house sits on a private lot, with a backyard barbeque and fire pit. Enjoy your time on the Domain and all the great things Sewanee and Monteagle offer!
Stop by LUNCH or Shennangans, bike the mountain goat trail, or hike the perimeter trail, which you can pick up right in front of the house. You are only a few minutes from All Saints or a brisk walk to the Memorial Cross.

This house is a terrific 3 bed, 2 bath. Its location is perfect for staying on the domain. Close to town and the campus as well as minutes from the trails.

Sewanee weekend

This property is exactly as described. Private house on quiet lot near Sewanee Village. Open house concept. 1960’s ranch that has been semi-updated. Modern kitchen appliances. Great spot to visit with friends and family. Attentive host if we had questions. Location was perfect to visit with our student. Able to cook homemade meals and relax in the space. Full size washer and dryer. We walked to campus and to Shenanigans for lunch. Especially enjoyed we were able to bring our dog on this trip. Pet friendly rental. Thank you for a great long weekend on the Mountain.
