Easy to contact host through the whole process. We were able to get a free ticket easily to Dollywood, but no luck getting one for Anekesta. - definitely not the hosts fault. All bedrooms were used, but all folks complained about the mattresses.

Super easy to self check in. The space was just what our large family needed! We had so much fun. The movie room and game area downstairs also helped entertain kids during down time. Mattresses weren’t super comfortable but it wouldn’t keep me from rebooking. Pool was a ways away from our cabin so that was hard because I was under the impression it was walkable. (It is not) Overall super great experience and would recommend! They checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed as well!

Nice cabin with nice amenities.Only complaints were that all the beds crackled when you moved, got in, or sat on them. Also the stairs creaked with every footstep. Disturbed sleep and serenity.

Exactly as described, more than enough room for every one. Shelly went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect for our family. Very easy to work with, always available!

Family Thanksgiving

The cabin was very nice. Your cabin sleeps 26 and we had 20 people. We needed more refrigerator space and the stove is small for a group our size. There was not a working light out by the hot tube. The toaster did not work.

70th birthday celebration

My guests were very happy with their rooms and cabin as a whole. Having an older group of people, the elevator was helpful especially when bringing in and taking out luggage. We all mostly stayed in the dining and livingroom area when we weren't out running around. The area is beautiful and there is so much to do.

Excellent experience

We had a family getaway here and loved it! The accommodations were excellent and spacious. Many amenities made the trip comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy to navigate. We will definitely recommend.

Perfect for our family

This house was perfect for our family of 13. There was plenty of room for everyone and the elevator was greatly needed for those in our party with mobility challenges.

Family reunion

This location is excellent for large families. Our ages spanned 75 to 5 and everyone enjoyed all the amenities the Great Escape had to offer. And there is enough space for everyone to spread out and big enough space for everyone to come together.

"Great family get away"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place with a lot of room for everyone. Property was clean and comfortable. The location was also good as it was just far enough away from the tourist area but close enough to get there in a few minutes. The customer service was spot on as I received text throughout our stay checking to see if all was ok. We will be sure to keep this one on our list of places to stay.

Cabin is very nice and somewhat wheelchair accessible. My husband has a power wheelchair and was unable to use the bathroom sink due to it having a cabinet base that he could not fit under. The shower was also inaccessible for him. It was beautiful but having attached glass doors does not allow someone who cannot walk at all, get in. Everything else was great.

Family Trip

What a great stay. This place didn't disappoint! We had a group of 13 adults and 2 kids. The elevator amazing to have, since we had a couple of handicap adults. It allowed them to be apart of everything. The place was also big enough where we were not all on top of each other. The game room and theater was awesome! There was also a lot of activities in the area that allowed the young aduls to go out and enjoy themselves. The communication with the owner was awesome!! Always a text away and answered immediately. Took care of any issue and questions. We will definitely stay here again!

This property met all our needs. It had plenty of hot water for our large crew, the air kept up in the very warm weather, responsive staff, clean, and plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. Our best vrbo experience to date! Would highly recommend.
