Newly remodeled walkout ranch in beautiful Manistee County just a short hike from Tippy Dam. There is plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out at this home away from home retreat, so pack up the kids, motor toys, and all the gear for your up north adventure. Spend your days making great memories, then relax fireside to stargaze and make s’mores.

Places to go/ things to do:
Fishing at Tippy Dam or along Manistee River. if you want to charter let me know. I have a guy in Manistee .
Skiing at Crystal Mountain or Caberfae.
Golfing at Manistee National, Arcadia Bluffs or Caberfae.
Canoeing and kayaking on the Manistee River or the Pine River.
Hiking everywhere , but The North River Trail at Red Bridge is amazing.
Biking at the Big M Trail is awesome.
ATVing can be done on our trails, many local trails or even at Twisted Trails Off-road Park .
Everything listed here is 30 minutes or less. Hope you have a great trip!

Lovely country getaway
This spacious home with a huge, quiet, well-kept front and back yards was perfect for our family group and puppy. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy relaxing. Fire pit and charcoal grill were great additions. There was a gigantic turkey who entertained us morning and evening with his strut.

An amazing place to stay for the weekend
This place was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. Close enough to several trails for hiking and right by the river for fishing. I would highly recommend it to everyone I know.

Beautiful property
I really enjoyed my stay with my friends over the weekend. It’s a beautiful property right by the trails and has a really nice bon fire pit for great fires and the tippy damn isn’t far away super convenient for fishing. The inside of the house is beautiful and very spacious perfect for a big group. I definitely will be staying at this property again!

Highly recommend!
This home was beautiful and spacious for my family and I! We loved the home, the amenities, and the area. It was great! Contacting host, booking, and check-in were all very easy. Highly recommend.
