Great property

This was a very nice property. I appreciated the communication with the host. The property was a bit off the beaten path but still close to everything. I would definitely choose this property again should it be available.

Great condo with easy access to everything

Everything was easy from check in to check out. The condo had everything we needed and was quick access to New Braunfels. Tons of tennis courts and right by Newk's Tennis Ranch.

Comfrotable, clean and checks the boxes!

Cozy, tidy, comfortable and the grounds are serene. Quiet place to enjoy an active area. Bring laundry detergent if you need to wash.

Great, quiet place for our couples weekend!

The property was SO quiet and so nice. There were deer everywhere, plenty of tennis courts and pools and it was very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.

Great option!

We were taking a weekend adult clinic next door at the John Newcomb tennis ranch. Owner was very responsive to a couple of questions we had and were flexible when we asked for a later check out so we could shower before heading home. Great property and an excellent stay.

Level 6 USTA tennis tournament

Property was nice clean quiet . We stayed for a kid tennis tournament. They had a great time. Overall experience was exceptional! Hope to stay there again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean, updated, and the air conditioning worked great. Parking is very close, and the walk to both sides of Schlitterbahn waterpark is great. I wish there was at least one nightstand and a lamp in the bedroom. And I didn't like the bar-height eating table and chairs. I would have preferred a normal height table and chairs set. Also, the internet (WiFi) had lots of trouble, especially on Saturday when other units had more visitors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We gathered with others from our family for a reunion. We enjoyed our condo since it was clean and cute. There were enough supplies and appliances for us to feel comfortable. We loved the idea of all of us gathering at the pool to visit and/or swim. Thank you for allowing us these memories. I do wish there was a bathroom at the swimming pool. Another concern I had that others in our party mentioned also was that there was no warning that the last payment was put on our credit card. It seems there would be some type was message a few days before the charge would be put on our card. I was not the only one concerned about this situation.

It's made clear in a few different places during the booking process as well as in your signed rental lease agreement. We're sorry about any concerns or confusion this may have brought. Excellent Host Service Spring 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was fantastic stay, so much so, I am even considering to return. The small management company was spectacular unlike so many you get other places. I needed a few months to complete a job doing regionally, so I could drive the country roads toward San Antonio and not awful dangerous Interstate. But moreso, the unit was quiet. Not walkable to any amenities like cafes or restaurants, but grounds were pretty and serene, with deer. I had to replace an expired credit card and the management company not only received it at their office address; but employee courtesy dropped it off to me on her way home. You definitely need a car to be here; but if OK with that, a Starbucks is nearby and grocery, and restaurants. So too is Canyon Lake and old town New Braunfels. Swimming pool was great too, used daily. Masster bedroom window would not stay up, but a little maintenance would fix that for fresh air off the woods behind. I may have stayed longer teleworking, but rates go up in high season. WiFi worked well, but TV was too confusing for me.

The master bed was comfortable, but the pull out mattress was pretty thin (what can you really expect from a pull-out couch though?). My only complaint was the water pressure - it was VERY rough!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice they had everything you needed there. Only problem was the bed, but after sleeping in a temper pedic i got spoiled. It made up for it in the location you are by the camel river entrance (exit of the camel river is also close), good spud access the street, schlitterbahn just a little walk down.
