Needs new beds.

I was told the condo was fully renovated. I’ve now stayed in this condo 3 times .. I love the location, the condo itself is beautiful but they still have the same king bed that is hard as a rock. I was so disappointed that after my last review and several other peoples reviews that they have not improved the beds. This could be the best condo in town if they just got new beds.

Great location

This is a great connection for a low key trip. Not to terribly busy, a very short walk from condo to beach. The condo was nice, updated fairly recently. There is definitely something wrong with the electricity as it flashes often and very few of the receptacles work. One bed is broken but otherwise everything was clean and nice! Don’t take the parking pass lightly, our friends blew off their dash and they were booted and ticketed.

Very relaxing

We loved the condo and the location doesn't get any better. Overall rating is a 4 Star because the Mattresses weren't very comfortable, we could not figure out how to get the volume to work on the bedroom and Livingroom TVs., The disposal didn't work so the sink got clogged ,and the dishwasher leaked a little water on the floor. Small things as we had the best time. Flew into Pensacola, got an $80 shuttle service to the condo (one stop at the liquor store.. on SUNDAY.. at WALMART) , had Walmart deliver groceries for an additional $10 (get your delivery before 11am or after 6pm per the delivery person or you won't get it) We ate at Windjammers on the pier a couple times, Walked across the bridge one day to eat at Duey Destin's. (Long walk), and ate sandwiches for lunch on the beach. Overall a great experience.

Navarre Beach Condo Summerwind West 1202 is probably my favorite condo I’ve stayed at in Navarre. Beautiful condo and amazing amenities. Loved all the pools, store, and accessibility since we traveled with a two year old!!

Horrible beds!

These beds are no better than slabs of concrete! They are the same terrible beds from 2 years ago when I complained about them then . I was in shock that they have rented the place out for the past 2 years without fixing these unacceptable sleeping conditions. For the price they charge you would think they could replace them by now or at least add mattress toppers..but even then if you have a bad back you would be in pain. 5 days here and couldn’t even enjoy the vacation bc my back was so locked up . I didn’t even look forward to going to sleep bc I woke up in more pain than i went to bed with. This is completely unacceptable! Please for the sake of future vacationers..if you are taking their money..at least replace the beds and make it feel like it’s a vacation. This is a beautiful condo otherwise.

Perfect

Navarre beach is quieter than Destin, less traffic, friendly (more flexible) umbrella rental staff. LOVED the unit! Very nicely updated. It looks like it was updated yesterday!

Beautiful view!

This is in my favorite place Navarre Beach. Summerwind is always nice. The condo had all we needed to cook or just heat up leftovers. It was very clean and had enough towels.

Amazing

Everything was superb. They had security around majority of the time and made sure you were a guest of the resort to help keep our public. Room was beyond exceptional. Wife and I will be booking our family vaca again at the same spot for next year and years to come

First time reviewing

I have been using VRBO for many years now. I would love to have given this property a 5/5. However there was one major issue with this place which a prior poster also mentioned. The mattresses in this place were completely unacceptable. I’ve slept in dozens of VRBO and vacation places. I have never in my life, that I can recall, slept on something as hard as the mattresses in this place. I know what a firm mattress is, this is far beyond that. If you have any hip/back/shoulder/neck issues it will plague you during your stay. I saw the post about this and thought the other person was just being picky or snooty. Let me caution you they absolutely were not. My wife and I both had to deal with aches and pains throughout our stay because of this mattress issue. We even tried sleeping on the bunk beds because they were ever so slightly softer. Anyways, for a place that cost almost 5grand for a week they could throw on a mattress topper and a protector and this would have easily been a 5/5 star place. It’s a shame the owners went cheap in this critical area when the rest of the place is so nice.

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious condo right near the pier. We very much enjoyed our stay and I will definitely stay again in this condo if it is available!

the master bedroom comforter had multiple stains on it. The WiFi was absolutely horrible(to be more specific, the network name associated with the condo was not an option to select). The couch and dining room chairs had stains on them. Garbage disposal did not work.

Pleasant condo

Our Condo was the perfect size for our family of 6. It had everything we needed for preparing meals. I loved the view. My reasons for not giving it 5 stars- The dryer did not work properly. We had to run it 2-3 cycles with small loads. The property owner did respond within a few hours when I reported it wasn’t working. The condo could also use a deep cleaning.

Let me start out and say that the condo has a wonderful view...and has plenty of room for everyone. Now...let me get to the downside. The condo is a little outdated. The beds...if you have a bad back...they are hard as a rock...every single one of them!!!! The dryer...it took 4 cycles to get clothes to dry...which is a little ridiculous! The patio furniture...while it was nice to sit out there...the table was rusted and the chairs were a little wobbly. Like I said...the condo was nice but needs some updating, new beds, and a new dryer. Besides that we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a great vacation! This area is not too jammed with people like Destin and Orange Beach providing a much more relaxed atmosphere. Then, if you want a little more temporary excitement for a few hours, it's a short drive away. But, there is plenty to do and be entertained on Navarre Beach and Navarre. The ocean front condo are fantastic.
