Cozy Lake Front Park Model on Douglas Lake! Close to area attractions!

This beautifully decorated Park Model Cabin with a hot tub, sits right on gorgeous Douglas Lake. With a beautiful porch, Smart TV, gas grill, zero gravity chairs and fire pit just steps away from the shoreline, you may not want to leave!

This home comfortably sleeps 6 people. It has two fully appointed bedrooms with full-size beds in each, a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, a shared kitchenette and living room area with a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. We have thought of all the details to make this a perfect vacation spot for those wanting to relax, take a boat out, or fish. Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are about a 30-minute drive away.

We do have a full-service marina with boat launch, store, docks and wet-slips onsite as well as The Millstone Restaurant, which is a must when visiting!

All linens, towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. are provided. This is definitely a beautiful little home away from home!

Fishing is permitted from the banks. You can bring your own boat or you can rent a pontoon, golf cart, paddleboard or a kayak from us. Smoking is only permitted outside of the rentals. We sell fishing licenses, bait, snacks, drinks and apparel at our Marina Store located at the end of the long dock.

This was the cutest little cabin, and perfect for 2-4 people! It was very clean air conditioned, and had everything you would need. It is right on the lake, with a hot tub, outdoor tv on the deck, and a fire pit! Wish we would've stayed more than one night. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Perfect location, not much traffic or anything but there was convenient gas station, dollar general, bait shop and restaurant. Easy access to the lake for swimming and kayaking. Will definitely stay again!

Loved the property! It provided everything we needed during our stay plus more! We enjoyed everything from sipping our coffee on the porch overlooking the lake to our time on the lake/fishing from the rental boat, from the delicious food at the Millstone Restaurant on the property to the close attractions of Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We had any amazing time!

Cozy and Clean! Great Stay!

This cozy little cabin overlooking Lake Douglas at the marina seemed freshly updated and clean! It was perfect for my wife and I to meet up with our adult son for a quick weekend reunion. 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchenette, and a nice outdoor patio for when the weather is nice! Great stay! :)

Lake park model

We had to leave one of the bedroom doors open to have a/c in as there’s a a/c in the living room n an a/c in the other bedroom. The kitchen outlets did not work as I tried to plug in a fan. I notified the booking agent by message, as soon as it was discovered. It was after 10 pm. She said she’d report that to the maintenance crew. The firepit was too close to the next unit so we didn’t use the firepit. The marina staff welcomed us. and were very nice. The grounds were clean. The early morning areas we sat at the lakeside. It got warm quick once the sun moved to being overhead. Thank you for allowing us to rent this for one night.

Nice Getaway

Enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Very nice and clean. Right on the lake. We were able to get out on the lake and take a short drive to Pigeon Forge. Would love to stay again.

I currently reside in Rock Hill SC and operate 4 marinas in SC and TN. Swann's Marina in TN is my favorite of the four. I have always been a mountain girl. Swann's Marina and Campground has 12 rentals currently between cabins and campers and I love staying at each and every one of them. I love adding details to each and constantly improving amenities. I also enjoy staying at other VRBO's to help me with ideas and am so happy to be able to offer this back to those who enjoy the peace and serenity both the mountains and Lake Douglas have to offer!
